So upset with the service of gilded lily. I bought a super expensive hair comb for my wedding and it came missing a stone. When I contacted Carmen I was told I'd get the stone and $15 to replace it at a jewelry store. I had to contact Carmen multiple times until she finally reached out way too late. I even went to the jewelry store on my own and they said even with the stone they wouldn't be able to fix it. Needless to say for the amount I paid I'm very upset with the service. After Carmen contacted me days before my wedding I of course didn't contact her back because I was just so upset she got back to me too late! Still she hasn't even bothered reaching out or trying to compensate me in anyway. Very upsetting.

I absolutely love shopping here for my pearls. They are all so informative about all the differences of pearls. This is my go to place! They even checked my pearls that I was given when my great-grandmother passed away to see if they needed to be restrung or taken care of. Absolutely wonderful people. Thank you, The Gilded Lily!!!

The ladies were so patient and accommodating. They helped me figure out what I wanted then made it while I was there to make sure it was a perfect fit. Beautiful products that you won't find anywhere else.

On my third visit to the Gilded Lily, I came away perfectly satisfied as I had been previously. The kind, cordial staff treated me as though I was the most important guest they'd had all day. I was offered an abundance of choices, but I never felt pressured or inappropriately guided to select one above another. The GL is my go-to shop when I need to express my affection for wife, daughters or granddaughter on a special occasion. This time, I was able to honor my wife for Mothers' Day, and to celebrate my youngest daughter's graduation from LSU in one very pleasant stop at the Gilded Lily.

Carmen and her team at the Gilded Lily make every shopping experience so much fun!
