Dr Whatley thoroughly explained the condition and optional treatments allowing me to choose.They, including his nurse, were patient and professional. This is my second time in about two years treating with him. I am again pleased with the results.

Been going here for years the staff at the front desk greets you every time with great attitude.Dr. Byrd is awesome my skin is clearing up well. She tried different creams and now I’m doing injections every 2 weeks. I’m so satisfied with my legs again. Her nurses are amazing I love them all. I love this place because theyve been such a big help during my journey to my diagnosis! And I am devastated Dr. Byrd’s retirement has come but I’m beyond happy for her because she deserves it! I am fully confident the next doctor I see will be just as kind and thorough as Dr Byrd.

This was my first visit. The staff was polite and friendly. Dr J. Whatley very knowledgeable and spent time wasn’t in a rush, listened to my concerns. He also made sure you understood everything he explained to you and gave me a plan of treatment.

Overall, the clinic was very good. The doctor I saw was excellent and I would recommend the practice to anyone. My reason for the 4 stars is that, as a first timer, it would have been nice to have been told to show up at least 20 minutes early to do the paperwork (I showed up 10 minutes early and felt rushed). Also, it would have been nice to have someone explain where things were since I was new to the facility. I figured it out on my own by observing where others were going. Just a little more customer service upfront and this would have easily been a 5 star review.

Very professional atmosphere! Ladies at the desk were so helpful and nice and the Dr made me feel comfortable in spite of my high anxiety. I will definitely come back if ever I’m in need again and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks, again, to the awesome team at this clinic!

The entire staff at the Dermatologist clinic is very professional, attentive and cares about the patients. Dr Shannon is awesome with her patients and cares about the health of her patients, she listens at what you have to say. Her nurse is attentive to the patients and if you call her office and leave a message you get a quick return follow-up call.

Dr. Harrell is the most amazing Dermatologist, she does a thorough exam, an is willing to go the extra mile to cure the problem area.My wife is a patient of Dr Harrell and the one that sent me to her. I thought men didn't go to dermatologist; I'm just old-fashioned. I now realize men have problems also, not just ladies and we need not think we're invincible men “We ARE NOT”Dr. Harrell is highly educated in her field of Dermatology and assures you to freely open up and talk to her about whatever type of problem you're having. I have never felt uncomfortable with her. She's so easy to talk to. I give her a five Star rating ⚕️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⚕️ MEN, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Harrell as your Doctor ??% her staff is an A+ staff also.
