Terrible customer service. When asked what I wanted for my trade in they rudely responded by saying “well you’re pretty much wasting your time you might as well go somewhere else.” Didn’t even bother to show me the truck I came to look at or even look at my trade in. Wasn’t able to catch the salesman’s name he was so rude. Wasn’t there 5 minutes… never dealt with a salesman with such a rude attitude. Definitely won’t be back or recommend anyone.

be careful, very careful when doing business with their New Sales Department.salesmen steadily talking to you while financing managers have you e-sign pages and document. while everything that verbally agreed too is reversed and your cash deposit doest even go to your down payment. I think it's time you meet my attorney.

They contacted me and gave me a decent online offer. When I took the car in to have it appraised, they low balled me several thousand on the original offer. I expected this somewhat, but what I didn't expect was the rude behavior. From the minute I walked in the door, the gentleman assisting me was dismissive and clearly did not take me serious. If you're looking to be treated with respect and given a good offer, don't try and sell your car here.

Me husband bought me a car we haven't even left the car lot the raido is broken. Was working the night before when I test drove it get the car it's on E they agreed put at least enough gas to get to a dam gas station. Why is the radio suddenly not working also called us say the car was ready from detail by 12. Car wasn't ready until 5pm that's when we finally got the car with the radio broken. Horrible customer service we didn't receive any updates hardly while waiting for the car to be detailed. Would not get a car from them again said they figure out why the radio wasn't working but never did come back with an update. It's is outrageous my husband spent a lot of money on this car.
