I give the salesman Mr Timothy 5 stars very professional and understanding.
But the service I received from the finance manager joey or something like that he has a bunch of tattoos he is horrible. The service was the worst I’ve never felt so disrespected spending my money on a vehicle he would catch a attitude every time I would ask him something pertaining the Loan I was already pre-approved thru my own bank with no money down he came into the office and said the banked wanted $3600 down to approved me I called my bank In Mr tim office and they confirmed that was a lie. it felt like I was in a drug transaction dealing with him with back & forward & dishonesty. he was adding stuff I never asked for to my loan & discounting other options at discount prices so he can add more and more to the loan must have thought he was dealing with a person with no knowledge I asked him to take vin number protection off he said if he do that he going add a extra $300 back to gap insurance coverage & meanwhile at the desk I asked him twice to calm down and stop getting aggressive
Slamming papers all over the desk it was horrible I did mention this to other staff of team Honda
I almost cancel the entire transaction twice but if it wasn’t for Mr Timothy & that exact vehicle I wanted I would have went to Richard’s Honda but Team Honda should look into that finance manager & Back door sale tactics it’s horrible and on top of that the bad attitude & aggressiveness
He got so out of control I had to record how hostile the experience was. I woulda appreciated itf someone in upper management would get in contact with me.

My Honda minivan kept throwing out random warnings while driving, and I needed it looked at ASAP because I was traveling out of town in a few days. I called Brian and he told me to just bring it in when I could get there. We live almost an hour from Team Honda, but had had previous great experiences so I decided to make the drive instead of taking it to a local mechanic. I got there around 8:45 a.m., and Brian immediately wrote up a ticket and I proceeded to the waiting room. Within 45 minutes they called me back and said it was a wiring problem with my battery, an easy fix, and that it was all fixed and I could leave! AND THEY DIDN’T CHARGE ME. Their mechanic still had to figure out the problem, drive around (they said he went five miles or so) to make sure it didn’t throw anymore codes, but Brian insisted that I didn’t have to pay a dime. I could not believe how efficient they were. They have a LOT of moving parts/people, and everyone was so nice and seemed like they loved working there. I enjoyed watching them interact with people. Brian is top-notch, professional, kind, and did an amazing job of getting me in and out, even though I didn’t even have an appointment. I had a huge smile on my face when I left! Thank you, Brian and Team Honda!

Bought my car at the end of May 2024. Mitch was my salesman, he was great! Very friendly, honored the cost of the car and respected what car I was looking for. My issue is when I got to the financing part. Carolyn Long was my finance person for the car. We reviewed the contract, she even got me a deal on gap insurance + extended warranty. It was a great price (or so I thought) and my family and I discussed at length the price we believed we were getting the package deal at. Now, I was at fault for not properly reviewing my contract, but the prices on the purchasing contract did not match what we had discussed. Carolyn Long heard and confirmed with us the price, but put a different pricing on the contract.
I went with my family to cancel the gap insurance + extended warranty at the beginning of June 2024. Signed the cancellation papers, Carolyn informed me she would complete the paperwork and I should see the amount taken off my auto loan within 6-8 weeks. It’s been about that long now, I ended up speaking with Missy in accounting who told me the paperwork was never filed. Missy has worked with me this week (so nice) and we just completed the paperwork so I should hopefully get my refund in the next few months. Had a great experience besides with Carolyn in finance, gracious that Missy assisted me in getting the paperwork (finally) completed.
