Sunshine Cleaners is the BEST!! Sondra is so friendly and is always very helpful. On several occasions, I needed my dry cleaning out for business trips and they were very accommodating and even walked my clothes out to me at their plant. This local business is the best! I’ve never had an issue with them and they continue to impress me. One of my sons left his Smoothie King gift card he just got for Christmas in his pants pocket. They called and let me know they would be returning it the following pick up day. They could have easily just kept it and not said a word. He didn’t even know where he lost it. I truly appreciate the loyalty and honestly.

10 years ago I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved by Sunshine Cleaners in Baton Rouge. I recently decided to take it out of the preservation box, we have been bored with quarantine and decided to have fun. Not only was the bottom of my wedding dress still dirty and obviously not clean, but the beautiful hand sewn Swarovski-crystal embellishments and appliqués that came on the dress had been taken off and were no where to be found! I'm absolutely extremely upset by this. I'm guessing they took them off to clean the dress, but the dress wasn't even cleaned very well. I would like to know where the all the Swarovski-crystal embellishments and appliqués are? Did they keep them? Did they throw them away? This is heartbreaking for me. It was a Winnie Couture and at $5,800 my wedding dress was not cheap!! Of course it's been 10 years so whatever they did with the Swarovski-crystals they won't admit to it and no way I would ever get them back. Do not bring your wedding dresses here!! They will steal from you. They won't even really clean the dress before putting it in the preservation box. They get away with this because your dress is preserved so there is no way to check the quality of care, if it's cleaned properly, or if they kept embellishments takes off the dress. Horrible service! Would give negative stars if I could!!

I needed to have some drapery panels dry-cleaned, & my usual cleaners ( closer to my house) doesn't do draperies anymore. I knew another friend has used Sunshine for years. I took 6 lined panels in on a Tuesday & they were ready by Thursday! I was so happy & pleased with the job they did. These drapery bottoms all had gotten wet during a recent flooding accident & I was very excited they came out perfectly! They communicated with me by text Which I really liked. The cashier also carried them to the car for me without asking, as I have some back problems. I will use Sunshine in the future for all my dry cleaning needs!
