I had an excellent experience purchasing a 2021 CPO Crosstrek with Clark. He was very informative and answered all questions I had, but he was not pushy and did not try to convince me to go outside of my communicated budget or anything like that. Matt, the sales manager, was also very friendly and transparent about vehicle history and maintenance. I highly recommend Subaru of BR.

Great experience purchasing a car. We saw the car on the lot,the dealership had just closed.We looked it up online and we were contacted by Angele We set up an appointment and were put in touch with Kyle. Even though this was a inexpensive used car we were treated with respect.Kyle took his time and showed us the car and answered any questions we had.The price was good and when Kyle told us there was no additional fees we made the purchase. I had planned to look at another vehicle .But I knew the other dealership added on fees and I didn't want the hassle. We have bought many cars over the years and this has been the most enjoyable experience at a dealership we have had. I would recommend Subaru of Baton Rouge to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. They are Professional,Friendly and Transparent with the car buying process
