We had a last minute closing date change and I had to email Lacey Sharp at 5:00 PM last night for assistance with changing the closing date. She responded very quickly and got me everything I needed super fast!! As you know, in the Mortgage and Insurance business things can change very fast and Lacey Sharp was on top of it!!

I have used Allstate insurance agency for over 20 years and have found that the agents’ have tremendous knowledge of the industry, provide excellent guidance and their in-office customer service is the best! I recently came to the Goodwood Allstate office and was greeted kindly by customer service representative Navada Wade. She ensured that my policy paperwork was processed efficiently while also listening to me explain lots of details. Navada smiled and politely welcomed me from the time I walked in and sat down at her desk to the time I left the office and later that day to sign an auto policy. Through that day and the next, Navada and Brad Smith, my current insurance agent, treated me with the utmost professionalism while also insuring that the auto rate I got was better than 2 other providers in Louisiana. I appreciate being treated with such kind consideration and expect to do business with this office for many years. Thank you.
