Everyone at this dealership is so down to earth and so helpful!! I went here to browse SUV size options after finding out my car was going to be totaled and I was welcomed with open arms!! Daryl helped me find a car that I loved and was so incredibly patient during the long waiting process for me to be paid by insurance! That is something I couldn’t thank him enough for and I’ll definitely be back here when I need anything in the future!!!

The sales process was excellent. The service department does a horrible job of honoring time and commitment to customer satisfaction.
I purchased 2 vehicles in 2022 and 2023. I regret the purchases.
The 2022 has had a number of recalls all of which are delayed due to the service department never having adequate parts or personnel to remedy the issue.
Regardless of making appointments- every time I’ve gone for service the wait is over 6 hours.
I called the dealership owner during 1 recall transaction and was provided a loaner vehicle. It was the only time my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and I was not inconvenience by waiting 6 hours.
I’ve complained multiple times to the service manager to no avail.
I will never purchase another vehicle from Southpoint.

Very easy to deal with. One of the most stress free car buying experience. Staff was super helpful and took the time to do a thorough walk through of our new VW Atlas Cross Sport.
