I placed an order through the app. Only ordered 2 drinks. I thought placing an order ahead of time would make my stop quicker and my order accurate. I was wrong. Checked in waited 10 min. hit the button to talk to someone to see what was going on. They never answered. Finally flagged someone down after another 5 min. She went to check on my order and came back told me they couldn't find my order and I needed to cancel it. I showed her my order she said they couldn't do anything and I needed to call their customer service line to cancel my order. All I ordered was 2 drink!!!! Now I have to call to cancel and wait for my $5 refund. This is the second time in a row I've had to call to get a refund. Last time they were out of ice cream! I'm done with Sonic. Do not waste your money or your time on them.

I placed a mobile order at 7:30 AM that was ready for pick up at 7:36 AM. I waited 20 MINUTES for nobody to come out and complete the order. I called the number on the mobile app and nobody picked up. Like did everyone take off and not update the hours of operation? Poor management and poor customer service. I want my refund, but I’d doubt that will happen too. This location needs to find better management. Thankfully, I was able to go to another location and get my order, but still want my refund from this location.

I have experienced this on two separate visits with the same employee name tag reads Toi. On the first visit she asked did I need my change back yes ma'am it's my choice if I want to tip you or not. Second time which was a few days ago same person my order was $6.64 I gave her $20.64 she comes back with $13.00 I count my money and she acts surprised and says is it right. I said no I'm missing $1 she then says oh you did give me the exact change, at this point I'm pissed and told her to just keep the $1 because again although it's just $1 it's my choice if I want to tip you and by the way her nails shouldn't be that long and decorative working in fast food that's one of the reasons I remember her so well!!!!!Parking: Too many spots that don't work

I mobile ordered and was waiting for two a tea and a Dr Pepper as well as two chicken slingers with no pickles add bacon. Now I waited for 30 minutes, my food came with pickles and no bacon. They are typically alright with food orders but not doing so hot today.

i orderd with the app and checked in right away. i waited 20 min for 1 dr. pepper.. 1 small shake...and a frito pie that had stale chips and had been sitting long enough that where the chili was the chips were soggy. but the shake was good .

The menu was in upside-down for starters, but it was the 3rd spot I pulled into. The first 2 had broken monitors, so I just went with it. Service was good and the food okay.

This particular day that I'm writing about, I ordered 2 items off the menu. A root beer float and a new strawberry shortcake slush float. It took 30 minutes to get my order. Don't go there in a hurry.
