Yet another wonderful experience here at SmartStyle I've been here before to get a lineup in the past but this time I'm brought my 9-year-old here to get these services and I am yet impressed with Ms Eureka she really has a passion for her craft and she does hair with her soul so what all due respect please do not close this location because it's convenient I'm right across the street and feel right at home so if you are in need of a back up plan for ur royal crown this is that place

When I scheduled my appointment online it was not clear that an additional service needed to be booked if styling is needed as well. I booked a Kids Shampoo and Cut and the stylist was only given 20 minutes to complete that service. My daughter has curly hair and it takes at least 45 minutes to an hour to shampoo, condition and blow dry her hair so that it can be cut. I was very disappointed in my service and the stylist was not accommodating because she stated she was booked the rest of the day. She shampooed and conditioned my daughter's hair and I had to complete the rest. There was no one waiting when we left, so I'm not sure why she couldn't have attempted to blow dry and cut her hair which was the service I booked. My daughter had a graduation ceremony and her hair was not how she would have liked. I am very disappointed in my service and will never book there again.
Requested style: More information should be requested when booking online to ensure the correct amount of time is blocked off including hair type.

I was not informed of the prices I haven’t there in a while . The prices are a little pricey.But the consultant was very knowledgeable in answering questions thanks Mrs Jackson. Will come back but not to soon .
