They damaged my wife's dress & list straps to the dress! They then claim, the dress didn't have the straps after we pinned them to dress when we brought it in! They are extremely unprofessional and shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Owner RUINED white suit & sweater. The sweater had multiple snags & pulled fabric after being "cleaned". Suit was still dirty & jacket & pants were two different shades after "cleaning". Went back to get situation resolved & owner was rude & belligerent! Yelling, screaming & blaming sweater snags on "manufacturer's defect".
There was no resolution to this situation & I'm going to follow up with legal action. I suggest you take your clothes to a respected & reputable company.
If I could give this company negative stars, I would!

They eagerly cleaned a spot omitted from their initial service. Will happily use them again.
