I built a full outdoor kitchen and used BBQ guys for my appliances and hardware just under a year ago. When I was sold the appliances, I was told by the sales rep that they had a service team that could do in person maintenance and repairs. I saw this as a huge value and basis for my decision to do business with them, as I was considering a few different companies. Recently, my ignitor went on two of my appliances and when I called the service line was told that they could send me the parts but they did not have the ability to provide service. I was then transferred to the manager whom I explained that her sales rep had told me that service was included, she apologized for the miscommunication but was unwilling to make good on the sales rep's promises. I will never do business with BBQ guys again and would recommend that anyone looking to do business go elsewhere.

I started with local dealer in Orlando, Price and selection seamed off. I called BBQ Guys, the rep was great. She walked me thru selection of sizes and features. She didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I needed the grill sent within a week and it was received in 4 days. I can't say enough about the service this company provides, above and beyond price point, they are on their game.Will add photo when complete Great Job BBQ Guys (and Gals) L Mancini

I have been a customer of BBQGuys for 4 years. I have never been disappointed with their sales and service team. They have always been responsive to my requests. They have always given me the best price I could find....without any hassles. I have recommended them a number of friends and family. I would not use anyone else.

I placed an order online for a 36" Lynx Grill Cover in early Sept. Website indicated that the item would ship in 5-8 days. I just received the cover on Nov. 3rd only to find out that the cover was incorrectly made and does not fit the grill? What a joke!! Started the process for the return and was told that they do not need the cover back, I can keep it or donate...are you kidding me? BUT that they would charge me $13.90 minus the full amount I paid for the cover? Note, I am returning the cover because IT DOES NOT FIT, not because I don't like it! Therefore, if you knew how to provide good customer service, you would not charge me, especially since you don't want the cover back. If this cover was actually made by Lynx, I am very disappointed. You might make a great grill, but getting a cover that doesn't properly fit your 36" built-in grill is unbelievable! And for BBQGUYS, well that was the first time I order with them and THE VERY LAST TIME! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My purchase was a great price, was promptly delivered without damage and looks great. The organization and clear instructions for freight delivery was great. I knew what to expect and approximately what time it would be here. Really enjoyed the purchasing experience from BBQ guys. Much easier than some online retailers.

We were very excited for our new grill, but the delivery has taken several weeks! We will not be receiving our bbq in time for Labor Day festivities and ordered in July. They have made over 3 mistakes on my order! My zip code, twice was entered wrong! my phone number! And we are still waiting bc these mistakes from human error keep delaying our delivery. Plus they say the dispatch will reach out to us- not once a phone call. I do interior design and deal with deliveries all the time, this has been one of the worst shipping experiences ever. They say i must make a delivery appointment? Well how & when? I work full time on the road.... over it!

Poor customer service, items shown in stock then backordered and then they charge return fees when I need to change out the items to other ones in stock, this happened twice, I'm done with the bbq guys. No customer service help at all.

Don't be fooled by some of these reviews. Many of them are friends and family of the owners. This company sucks. I ordered a smoker online from these guys. It came damaged. They have not responded to any emails (I've sent several emails) and don't respond to phone calls. Miraculously you'll get hung up on. Do yourself a favor, don't order from them. If you have any issue just do a credit card charge back if it's warranted. Because this company is scum

Ordered my Smokin' Tex 1400 smoker from BBQGuys. They had all the accessories, everything in stock. The smoker arrived exactly when they said it would, and the followup from them was great. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

Ordered a grill that came to me damaged. Tried reaching out to them via email and also call no response. This company is super shady. If you have any issues with them, and can't get it resolved - call your credit card company and do a charge back. Hit them in the pockets. These scammers need to be out of business. Look at all the other terrible reviews.

I'd been wanting a griddle for a while but hadn't looked because I have a huge Charbroil BBQ pit. Well, it'd seen better days and when the propane tank fell when the floor of the tank holder rusted through and the bottom beneath the burners rusted I knew it was time to get the griddle. I found a 22" one that is perfect for me! Although the powder coating started to peel after I "seasoned" the griddle (per instructions from the website) I am still very satisfied with the purchase. Fast shipping, affordable product.

Ordered a new grill from BBQGuys. The process was seamless. Changed my mind after the grill had already been shipped to get the bigger model instead. Support was amazing, they walked me through the process to get the smaller one returned and handled all the heavy lifting with the carrier. Would order from them time and time again. Great support is (unfortunately) hard to come by these days. BBQGuys stands by their products and make a 5 star review well deserved!

I was looking to replace the ash pan for my charcoal grill and I found it with BBQGuys! Other retailers were charging outrageous prices - I could replace my grill for cheaper than what they were charging to replace an ash tray and that's crazy! I found an inexpensive, quality ash tray and delivery time was fast. I ordered less than a week before the 4th of July and it arrived (packaged well and no damages) just in time for the holiday cookout! I highly recommend BBQGuys!
