“My wife and I just experienced a great shopping experience. We decided to quit being cheap on our feet and went to Big River Footwear here in Baton Rouge. Our fit specialist Marie Guidry did an excellent job of listing to our concerns and then she did a very professional job on scanning and measuring our feet to make sure what she was going to present to us would be comfortable and fit us properly. I will probably not buy any athletic shoes anywhere else.”
“BEST BOOT EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will NEVER go to another store to buy work boots! I went to the Baton Rouge Siegen Location on 09/25/24 and had the BEST experience! Ask for Noah!! He is insanely knowledgeable and very informative of the boots and all of the details and specs of each brand and type of boot! I have had well over $2,000 in boots in the last 3-5 years and I am very picky/indecisive when it comes to boots, I will spend 2 hours in an academy or bass pro or the like trying to find boots. NEVER AGAIN! Noah made my boot buying experience stress free! He’s not pushy or your typical salesman, he is genuinely there to help you figure out what works best for you! They have high quality boots for every need and if you need help sizing your feet or picking an insole, they can measure your feet and base what insole/boot type you may need based off of your work/how much you’re on your feet. I left the store in a brand new pair of Redwing Rio Flex with an insole and an so happy!! I can’t wait to try out the rest of their products through the years for all my boot/shoe needs. I am now a customer for life!”

“Christian helped me at the store in Mandeville on Hwy 22, not in Baton Rouge. I ordered and paid for the canopy during lunch, then went to pick it up. Christian met me at the door, asked how he can help me and just did everything perfectly. Whomever taught him did so very well. Very pleasant staff, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m a physical therapist, I’ve been practicing for over 20 years now. I ended up with some pretty bad plantar fasciitis after running a marathon. I could not heal it myself for over three months. A friend of mine from my gym suggested the flip flops. My plantar fasciitis was gone within a month!

“This is definitely my new favorite boutique in the area, it's so cute! I love their style, and they have SO much variety. The vibe is very cool and modern, and yet they still manage to include ALL women. Whether you're a young teen or older professional, and everything in between, you can find something you love. The accessories would be great for young girls too! They had shoes, hats, belts, scarves, masks, slippers, handbags, blazers, Blouses, dresses, kimonos, cardigans, light to heavy sweaters, and more! I could spend all day and all my money in there. The dressing rooms are very spacious and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The clearance rack is awesome too! $5 pieces! Great for all holidays and occasions too (even cocktail dresses and business professional dresses.) If you're shopping for gifts, game day, holidays, or tailgating this is your go-to spot. I loved that they had a lot of leopard prints and butterfly items. Can't forget the bell bottom jeans either! Whenever you're in Central make sure to stop by, but it's worth a drive too :) It's near many other dining and shopping options (try cafe Phoenicia foe lunch or Java Mama for coffee when you're around.) Icing on the cake is that they are local and support many local artists, win win! They told me they have many sales so make sure you follow them on Facebook or social media. Check them out!”
“I walked into the store 10 minutes before closing looking to find a new rain jacket. I just wanted to browse their offerings really quick knowing I only had a few minutes, and a worker immediately came to my help. Told him what I needed, he directed me to the right section of the store, and then proceeded to give me an overview of the offerings. I explained I didn’t need anything super fancy, maybe $50-60 range, and he knew exactly which one to point me to. I am the most indecisive person I know, but with Adam’s help, I literally walked out of the store within 10 minutes with a new rain jacket that I’m excited to wear. He even made sure I got a discount for using my Columbia account! Thank you so much, Adam, for exceptional service and absolutely no grumbles!!! Will definitely be back for future needs.”

“I've played on a few different sports leagues and I can say that hands down USc LA is the best. It's much more organized than other leagues so if you're signing up by yourself, they make it comfortable. USc LA really focuses on the social aspect so it's a great way to meet new people that live in the area and share similar interests. I can't say enough good things about this league, I'll definitely be signing up again.”
