I came in half knowing what I needed for a project. Rob from the Jefferson location helped me make sure I had everything I would need to do the job right. Sure I may have been able to research it myself, but his know how saved me loads of time that I was able to devote to the job. I do appreciate when the staff is knowledgeable.

Sherwin-Williams is the best paint and paint supply store around. Employees are always helpful & friendly. Been using the Sherwood store on Florist Blvd for over 20 years!

Really nice and knowledgeable guys. I didn't realize SW owns Minwax until I had a problem with a different retailer that forced me to contact Minwax to resolve the issue (and they did). I followed Minwax's suggestion and took a trip to SW instead of returning to the other retailer. It was so much a better experience, like night and day.

I went to pick up an order today, I’m an old person, I used to purchase paint at this store. The seller ANA is completely lacking in courtesy and kindness she gave 4 gallons of paint in my hand while the was waiting with the hand truck to help me with my heavy box. She told me that I can’t have this service because this is only for 5 gallons buckets. ANA needs customer service training, although kindness is learned at home

I would drive out of my way to get here. Professional friendly staff that are very helpful. Thanks for helping me choose the proper PPE for my job. I was going to get the wrong respirator and they recognized my needs and made the correction without me asking. THANKS

I would tell anyone to go to Sherwin Williams because of the expertise of the people who work there AND the quality of the paint. Whoever manages the Baton Rouge store on Jefferson Highway is a phenomenal manager who is very good with color!
