Pump was out of paper for a receipt. Pressed the Attendant button a few times but no one responded so I called the store to let them know the pump was out of paper. I let it ring a really long time but no one picked up. I've always had a good experience at this store previously.

I ordered a cake on Tuesday for my son bday on today. Came today to pick up the cake and they didn't have no cake ready, tried talking to bakery manager which they make you wait so long. Never happened. I will never order anything else from Sam's. Big disappointment

My boss owns a convenience store and spends at least $5000.00 ever two weeks or so at Sam's Club.He asked me to ride with him to buy cheese and nachos.. when I walked out the door ( after being checked twice) Some men followed me out , screaming at me ( a women) that I stole their Stuff. One man tried to take my cart in front of employees.. I told him with receipt in hand to take his hands off my cart and handed my receipt to an employee who couldn't read it.. This went on for 15 mins before other employees and my Boss come & took my cart and receipt back inside to check me again. I spent 305.28 cents on cheese alone.. once they scanned a can of cheese, surprise, I payed for everything on that cart.. one employee said sorry , but nothing was said to the men who called me a common thief and tried to take my cart.. I will never shop at that store as long as I live . Not only was it embarrassing, but instead of checking my cart over and over, maybe they should have checked theirs or at a minimum said something when Men go after a woman standing in front of the exit door.. Lucky for me standing my ground is not a problem,but I'm sure it would scare some women half to death.. Ladies beware!!

Sam's club at Baton Rouge, LA. The store is okay. The food counter/deli/pizza place is such a low standard, and should not have business! Another post shared their experience about a 6:40 pm Saturday visit, and they were told no whole pizza would be made or sold. My experience was opposite. We went there at 6:40pm Thursday - for the first time to buy food there - we were told they could do whole pizza. The white guy in his 40/50s was inept at his job. After 10 minutes wait, he said the oven hadnt been turned on. I said did you just start cooking it? I wanted to make sure he's doing the job this time. He didn't apologize or anything, just said wait for a few more minutes it'd be ready. After another 10 minutes, the same issue happened. Then they said they could refund me. I said what about my time? I said that because I was so appalled that no one apologized or felt sorry - I had a 5 yo who'd been waiting with me. Then the manager was asked to intervene. He explained, as if that would justify. They just wanted their fault to be paid off by their customers. If the reason for their indifference/ not caring was because they couldn't make profits and didn't get paid much, they should move to do some other busInes. That'd be good for everyone.

Honestly they treat their workers like crap. That's really all I have to say. Do you really wanna be buying your products at a place that has no respect for its employees?? Try Costco instead!!!

I've been a Sam's Club member for almost a year now and have visited this location many times. I'm not 100% thrilled with it but it has its pros. I do love the value for your money and the cafe area. It has super cheap and absolutely delicious food. My sons love the pizza especially. All of Sam's has really high quality products. The seasonal stuff always catches my eye. What I don't love is there is no sense of consistency with the selection of products. Maybe it's due to supply chain issues, I don't know but sometimes they carry things and sometimes they don't. Specifically the CORE water cases. I always buy a few cases at a time and when I come back in a week or so there's not even a spot for them. Also the lines, even self checkout are always ridiculous. I will continue to visit but just keep those things in mind! Oh & the croissants from the bakery are the best ever. Even better than Rouses.

I commonly do curbside pick-up when I come to Sam's, you cannot beat the convenience of it. The only gripe that I have with this method is that the workers who bring the products to the car are so laser-focused that they disregard customer interaction. I understand that we are still living in the times of COVID-19 and we are super vigilant in trying to avoid opportunities to contract any sort of variant of this pesky virus, however, it is still good business to engage with the customer in case they may have any additional instructions that they would want to give for delicate items; such as eggs, bread, and products that have a tendency to bruise easily like apples and bananas.

The Tire and Battery center is very poorly managed. They treat customers with disrespect and actually do not want to work. I had 4 new tires installed about a month ago. I had purchased the Road Hazard insurance on them. One of tires got a nail about 11 days ago. I went to the store for them to fix it. They told me that it is not fixable and that they had to order a new onFive days later I went to the store around 4 pm. They told me the tire was received. They tried to locate it but could not find it!! I looked for it myself for an hour and could not find it. I tried again the next morning but same thing happened. I asked the man at the desk to order another one which he did. Today I went to the store and found the tire but the tire shop was closed for lack of technicians except for one!!! The Tire Manager was there and was very rude and did not want to work. She told me that they will not prorate the tire without knowing what the issue with it was!! I told her that I read the conditions on the insurance and that it is covered and that the person who originally ordered the tire said that she would prorate it. She told me to see that person when she comes back in a FEW DAYS!! I asked her to look at the tire herself and she refused. Such an employee should be terminated. she is lazy, rude and unprofessional. Shame on her and on the company that keeps her on the payroll doing no work but annoy the customers.

Racial discrimination if you are white, hypocritical bc employees and other members wearing masks on their necks all the while attempting to bully white folks for not wearing a useless mask. If those masks were crucial, they wouldn't be wearing them on their necks!
