I value good customer service. I've called this story numerous times to check on a cake order to no avail. The phone rings, even for customer service. I'm glad I have a Costco membership.

A few employees said their GM now no longer allows them to check out customers in other areas besides the check out area even if you have ONE OR TWO items. So, get ready to stand in the long lines.
