I am writing my review based on the donation process for this store. Do not call the number on the billboard as it is not the number to the Coursey store. It calls the number to the Airline store. I am giving two stars since the person who answered the call was rude and offered no assistance other than call the other store, the fact that the store had the wrong phone number displayed, and no one came to help me unload my donations. No one answered the phone when I called either. Will not be donating to this store again.

This place is horrible the black lady who thinks she owns Salvation Army is ridiculous ! How you have a disrespectful person answering the phone working with at the cash register she doesn’t have any customer service experience at All .

When they re-did the store last year it was great. Well-stocked and great prices. Now there isn’t much to choose from and they have gone the way of Goodwill with their pricing. This one is no longer on my list of stops.

Super clean just not a lot to choose from. I must say though if you’re looking for Knick knacks or furniture they had pretty nice stuff. If you’re looking for clothes there isn’t much there. I will visit again another time to try my luck again

Excellent facility to drop off items for resale. Very nice personnel. Great location and clean.

What's the deal with this place? It's closed half the week already and then we show up at 345pm (hours til 5) and get shouted down walking through the door "we closing! I got go! I got go!" No explanation other than I got goIt already has horrible selection of men's clothes combined with weird and unreliable hours it's just not worth the trip

They are never open.I don’t know who manages this Salvation Army but they are doing an awful job.

Showed up at 4:40pm to try and donate clothes. Doors are locked. Phone immediately goes to voice-mail. Internet AND store sign says are until 5pm. What a joke.
