I worked with Tamara and she was very thorough, thoughtful, professional, and kind. The whole atmosphere is beautiful and welcomed. The front desk was delightful and helpful with the intake and exit process… good service all around.

I really enjoyed my experience with Emily Herbert, she did a great job! The cut was exactly what I wanted (shorter curtain bangs and layers while preserving length). Everything falls really nicely and is easy to style. My husband received a great haircut from Kylie as well.

Matt has been cutting my hair for 12.5 year! So obviously he does a wonderful job! I have just recently started coloring my hair and have had a hard time with the changes and managing it, but Matt has helped with that and did such an amazing color/ highlight. It was so natural looking. I love it! Thanks Matt!

So I hadn't gotten a haircut in almost a year (bad I know) but I was tired of a bad cut or not being wow'd....until now. Matt was recommended to me by a friend and I have never had such an amazing experience at a salon before. Starting he asked me so many questions about my hair and what I wanted. I felt like he was invested in the outcome and truly cared about it. PLUS, when it was time to blow dry, I was given an amazing blowout. Aside from his amazing customer service, I'm over the moon because this is the best haircut I've ever had. Matt if you see this, thank you again!!!

I recently moved back to Baton Rouge after a decade in the Washington, DC area and was nervous about getting my hair done (as styles are pretty different from the East Coast). Kylie was my stylist and she was incredibly friendly and an extremely knowledgeable colorist. She helped me find a color that was a little bit punk rock, a little bit work-appropriate - a red with a plum-colored shadow root that faded very nicely into a natural-looking red. She also made recommendations for beauty products, noting the pros/cons of each and taking into consideration price point. She was professional and I trusted her with my hair! The reason for five stars, however, is the owner Mary. I had some confusion about the cancellation policy for my second appointment. I came down with a fever/cold but didn't want to cancel as I have a Mardi Gras ball on Saturday. When I called to cancel, it was right at the appointment time and I did end up paying the cancellation fee. (Note that when you become a client, you do sign a form that talks about cancellation and the associated fees). Truth be told, I was a little cranky about it... and today I received a call from Mary about their reasoning. This is what the fifth star is for - she was very patient in our conversation and explained the challenges they have in balancing their costs as a small business, the livelihood of the stylists, and the needs of their clients. What struck me is that Mary is very thoughtful about protecting and supporting her team, and finding a happy medium for the clients. It made me respect the salon more, knowing that they are working to take care of their people. Am I thrilled that I got sick, canceled too late because of vanity, and had to pay a fee? No. But, Mary was correct that was the agreement I signed - and understanding the rationale behind it makes sense and made it easier to swallow. Plus, as it turns out, my costume on Saturday will have a wig. So I can survive until I get better and go back to Salon Eden for my next appointment!

Best experience I have had at a salon in a long time!! Brittany D was amazing, she understood exactly what I wanted and knew exactly how to work with my curly, frizzy hair. I explained to her issues I had with my hair that I wanted to fix from my previous haircut, and she was transparent the entire time with how she was fixing it and how short she was cutting it. Also, great price and a nice setting. The people at the front were lovely and you could tell everyone loves working there. I will be back for sure!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I have been a client of Brittany Taylor for many years. She is a 5 star stylist? always friendly, professional and consistent. Listens to my ideas and concerns and offers suggestions based on her many years of experience. Never been disappointed with any appointment. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the salon is very clean and relaxing ??

Service: Em and her crew at the front desk and on the phones are friendly, helpful, and always patient when I'm constantly re-scheduling appointments.
Ambiance: Since the remodel, the place is much more vibrant. Though the overall style is a bit too modern farmhouse for my taste, it's not overbearing. Music is hit or miss depending on whose playlist is on.
Stylist: I've been seeing Matt for over a year now and haven't had any complaints. He knows the style I like, and is consistent and reliable with appointments.
