They worked with me with rescheduling an appointment when a family emergency came up. It took less time to replace and recalibrate the safety equipment than I anticipated. Very friendly staff.

I had a great experience with Safelite. Eric did a great job installing my windshield and made sure to keep me updated every step of the process. I had some concerns about my windshield being properly calibrated and scheduled a next day appointment to get it tested. Sally was the technician that helped test the calibration. She assured me that she didn’t receive any errors upon testing and talked with me about what I was experiencing. I realized that I was not meeting the ADAS requirements for the system to work properly. Needless to say, everything works great and I am LOVING my new windshield. Thank you, Safelite team. You guys were great and patient with me during this entire process.

My technician was awkward and unprofessional upon arrival, and he did minor damage to my windshield housing when removing my old one. My car had to be taken to a body shop to fix the damage before they could replace the windshield, and I had to wait all weekend before repairs and replacement could happen. When my car was returned to me, I found new surface scratches on my driver side that I assume were from the body shop techs, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the Safelite tech. At the very least, they paid for the initial repair, as well as a rental car for the duration. Overall, however, this was a big difference from the two hour service I was expecting.

I came on here to share a bad experience with Safelite, but it looks like they have plenty bad reviews already. Try Bengal Glass on Government. You won't be disappointed.

Changed my windshield and unfortunately took them four trips to get everything to work correctly. Most importantly, they standby their service and worked to get everything functioning properly. Really great customer service!

First of all, DO NOT CALL to schedule an appointment. I did this and went through a 30 minute interrogation. I have been to this place before, drove in and they fixed my issue. ALL I wanted was to schedule a time to come in. If they can fix it there and then, FINE!! If they have to order the windshield, FINE!!! Why put your customers through this rigmarole?

Had an appointment to have a windshield replaced which was made 2 weeks in advance. Got a call the day before my appointment saying they had to order my glass and I needed to reschedule to the next week. They had 2 weeks to figure this out and order the glass but they waited until the day before and expect me to shuffle my schedule to accommodate them. Very unprofessional. Won’t be using them again.

online appointment scheduling is the worst. After answering multiple questions it gives you a date and time but doesn't complete/register the appointment on their end. completely lacking the human touch, just a money machine. will support a local business instead

If I could give zero stars I would. The first replacement they left glue all in the inside of my husbands truck. Then when they "fixed" my chip I brought it to the techs attention that it didn't look right. Not even a week later it went from a not even noticeable chip to half my windshield being cracked. I can't pass inspection and now I need a replacement. When I called to bring it to their attention they told me oh well I signed a waiver. They offered zero help. Just overall a junk company that doesn't do good work and therefore won't stand behind the work they do. Do NOT use this company unless you want to be out of alot of money and time. I used to work for a windshield repair/replacement company. I know what a repair is supposed to look like and mine didn't not look right. Also I have had many a repair done and not ONE has ever turned into a crack... ever. Worst experience ever! They could careless about the work they do or the customers experience.
