Aside from a phone system that is a pain to use, I love Safelite. They are knowledgeable, professional, respectful of your time and do excellent work!! Lemae did a great job!! We have had many windo replacements over the years!! Safelite is our choice!!

BAIT & SWITCH
DO NOT TRUST
Online quote was $400 for labor/recycle/new windshield. Not quoted is the calibration never mentioned anything about it. Cost $700 extra at pick up. When making appointment you check a box that agrees to extra costs.
I’m a college student that couldn’t get a break tag bc of a tiny crack that grew after having safelite “fill/repair” the chip; year later $1,200 for windshield they wrongly quoted/ hidden fee.

Please before you go to this place try local glass shops.. they make you book online then double the cost before you pick up your vehicle!! I got 4 quotes and safelight would have been twice as high as any of the other glass shops!!

Initially happy with new windshield replacement, but they forgot to re-gage my windshield wipers. It’s been a nightmare trying to get them scheduled to correct it. Went to safelite the first time and they said they didn’t have the part but they would come to me to take care of it. Over a week later they called and said the part had come in and they set my appointment for Friday, 7/19/2024 between 12 and 5:00 at my work. Didn’t even receive a call so I cancelled it at 4.30 because it could take up to 2 hours and I didn’t want to stay that late at work. Rescheduled for Monday, 7/22/2024 for the same time. I figured surely they wouldn’t wait that long again to at least give me a call. Same thing happened so I had to cancel again. Callled their office several times, before I could get through, to try to speak with a human to see if there was another option and Mike Fletcher answered. He said the next time would be the next Monday, 7/29/2024. Since this was their fault I thought they could squeeze me in before then. Fletcher said, ma’am if I had something else I would have told you. Very unprofessional and not accommodating and with a very sharp rude tone. I guess that’s why Infiniti doesn’t recommend them. They have no problem sending you texts and emails, but contact with a real person is horrific. Don’t recommend them.
UPDATE: The technician, Lame that came out was wonderful. He was polite, professional and deserves 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately hit by something on our drive back to NC from TX. Scheduled windshield repair through our insurance and it was hassle free scheduling for first thing the next morning. No issues checking in and our technician, Joseph (Joe), was great in explaining the entire process from start to finish. The repair looked clean and I appreciate the cleaning of all the exterior glass.

The windshield was stalled and is now leaking, tried to speak to representative to discuss warranty work, but was unable to speak with anyone, this was after going through numerous automated prompts and several phone calls, the system eventually dropped the call.
I’ll be looking for another glass company for my next repair or replacement

I called Safelite to do a window install on 6.12.2024. The tech Robert came out to my place of employment to do the install. I gave him the keys to my vehicle at 156 pm(video documented) and went back to my office. he stated that he was waiting for another tech. The other tech arrives at 203 pm(video documented). While waiting for the other tech Robert is under my hood( I presume doing an inspection-which according to the texts/email is supposed to be done BEFORE work begins, The other tech, I believe his name was Jeremy, gets the replacement windshield out at 206 it appears. After that a black tarp is draped across my hood. Robert calls me at 211(phone documented) and says there's a scratch/dent above my my driver side fender. My car is garage kept and washed weekly. Also the dent is on drivers side, which I actually have to pass to get into the car. Clearly a dent would've been noticed beforehand. I arrive at 214(video documented). Roberts exact words were "we don't touch anything before inspection and we call you if we find anything." This was a very fresh scratch. And video surveillance clearly shows them doing work (not inspecting ) before calling me. The tarp was removed and my hood closed as if they had touched nothing. I advised them that the scratch/dent wasn't there before. Then Jeremy shoves his phone towards me and tells me to sign so they can start the work. I reluctantly signed, But as I stated before the scratch was not there. Then I remembered that my job has a camera facing that direction. Again the video clearly shows them doing more than inspecting before calling me. Things happen and I simply want to get it rectified. I called the number on the invoice and was transferred to a manager who transferred me directly to Robert who became rude and belligerent as if I wasn't supposed to question a dent on my own vehicle. I will be taking to court if this can not get rectified. Thank you

BMW OWNERS- do not go here if you have a relatively newer car. They can not calibrate your windshield camera/sensors. They updated their software a couple months ago and now they do not work on BMW. They tell everyone something is wrong with the car, which is false. Safelites new system is the problem. Save yourself a headache, go to the dealer or call someone else.

I scheduled my online appointment for a chip on my windshield and they did not show up or call to give me a heads up ...not once but twice. Someone called me and apologized for the first incident and offered me a discount code for the inconvenience and assured me someone would be out today, but no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional. Please communicate with your customers so that they may plan accordingly with their schedule.

Went back to shop to have windshield changed the customer so was way better. Found coupon online also. Made me happy

Not everyone can to go online. Some people still need to speak to a person because going online is visually painful to do.. since I cannot get anyone on the phone I will go with another company to fix my glass. Thank you, safe light for being that dumb in not allowing anyone to take a phone call, that would help people schedule services better that are handicap.

I had went in to see about getting my window looked at. I mentioned to them about it possibly being the regulator. I was asked if my Nissan was done there before I said no and was told they couldn’t work on it unless the glass was replaced. So for two to three months I had to go without getting my regulator replaced. Never again go to this place.
