I brought my 2023 Nissan Sentra into the dealership for its first oil change. My service Representative was rae. rae was friendly and professional and made sure my needs were met. rae was knowledgeable about the service I received today and she made sure I was satisfied and informed of the service I received. If I had to give rae a score today I would give her a 10. See you in 10 thousand miles and thank you for your time and professionalism rae.

Wow. In today's world, is it not GREAT to be the recipient of OVER the TOP Service?
My service advisors, Regan and Sherrie, along with the excellent shop technicians took great care of all of our Pathfinders needs.

While dealing with the blown transmission of my newly purchased, two month old, 2017 nissan armada platinum edtion, that was purchased from Max Auto. Royal Nissan made this experience as pain less as possible.
Royal nissan provided a loaner at an extremely affordable price.
The service is beyond anything i would have expected from a car dealership. Mrs. Raven Walker was my contact and she made this process work for me as well as my budget.
Thanks Royal Nissan for taking professionalism to it's highest level.
