I came in to have my car serviced and was able to meet the lovely Kylin! She was excellent and made sure to check on me during my waiting period. I'll be sure to look for her when I return next week for additional services.

I had a great experience buying my truck from Royal Nissan, thanks to Britney Wimer. She met me in the lot when I first pulled up to view a truck I had found online. From then on she was with me and able to answer any of my questions throughout the whole buying process. The closing process was quick and easy and I never once felt pressured to buy something that I did not want. The price negotiation with the manager was also very straight forward.This is a 5 star facility and will highly recommended Royal Nissan. Thank you Britney and staff!

If you’re having issues with your Nissian & need RELIABLE service advisors & techs then look no further than Royal Nissian on airline. My service provider Sherrie Anderson was BEYOND amazing! From the time my truck arrived until it was returned to me today she has walked me through the entire process. Even when I was unsure about a issue found Sherrie reassured me & guided me to a resolution. Ask for Sherrie & tell her Gianna sent you because she’s the absolute BEST!Services: Transmission

After contacting them about a vehicle, I am interested in speaking about getting from them, and after I told them my interest in a vehicle, they raised the price! When I asked Jeff the salesperson why he said it was my fault for not purchasing it the day I saw it for the price that day and now the higher price was the price. Rude. Unhelpful. How can you run a business when you are price gouging.That's how I see this. Raising the price because of someone wanting to purchase your item.

Was attempting to find a part for my car so I called in, no answer but would immediately get a text from someone on their team. In the text chat, I provide my VIN and am given a price and a part number. I try calling back to go ahead and order the part, Im told by someone else that the part number given that was based off my vin is not the part for my car. Was told that first price i received which was for the part supposedly not for my car was not the price of the part. Then they suggested a different part, which was way higher in price. Called another nissan dealer who gave me the original part number I received and a price that Royal didn't provide to me ever. Moral of the story: they're clueless and have horrible customer support. Take your business elsewhere. People can't even answer a phone much less a text.

The worse!!! I never EVER have good experiences at Royal in Baton Rouge unless Du'Aire is there. No one greets you when you walk in for service. If you bring it to Liz attention, she'll say she's going to speak to them BUT of course what's done is done. It took over an hour for a simple oil change. There was one vehicle being serviced when I got there. My car was the only car in the bay being serviced but yet it took over an hour. I sent a text to my advisor asking for an update at 3:07pm and didn't get a response until 3:25pm when the agent was done with the work. SMH at Royal.

Service was great, easy scheduling online or via text message, and the waiting area is comfortable while your car is getting worked on.

I was overwhelmed with the immediate kindness and guidance I received from Alan at the Royal NISSAN this past week! Alan exceeded my expectations by allowing me to comfortably choose what options I wanted to look more into, without feeling any heavy pushing towards other options that I did not plan to consider. Alan was very well-versed in his car knowledge and made my first car buying experience very memorable! I definitely recommend anyone to go talk to Alan, if looking for a new vehicle within your price range and a good laugh while at it. We loved Alan!!!
