I visited the Rouses on Drusilla today to get the steamed crab and shrimp platter. The very nice woman working behind the Seafood counter saw me looking at rack with the selection of packaged seafood. She asked me what I was looking for. I told that I wanted shrimp and Dungeness crabs but most had snow crabs as well. She said I have fresh batch coming out and I can fix a platter for you - just how you want it. She did a great job and was very professional. They were warm and only $11.99. Thank you Rouses!!

Good quality produce and several decent beers, if you are trying to find anything the staff are very helpful and I love their staff checkout, so much easier and more trustworthy so it's easy to pickup anything and get home quickly.

Boiled Crawfish is HORRIBLE at this location VERY DIRTY almost as if they just dig them out of the ground and throw them in water.
1. Soak and spray in salt water
2. Repeat steps 1 until the water is clear.

Has a good hot food bar at lunch time, great boudin balls. Also, catering is excellent and consistent. The test if the store, I dunno, probably overpriced.

I'm not a Rouses shopper, but have been to the store twice. I went the 2nd time because it was nice. Well 2nd trip wasn't good. The guy in the fish department told me he was busy and wouldn't help me. I told manager up front and he shrugged me off. I also used the website for coupons but not one cashier asked me to put my number in whenever I checked out. Guess that's how it works.

Live Crawfish- we are very happy with this purchase at this Rouses location! A sack of 31 lbs crawfish only 3 deaths.
As 04/21/24, the price is listed as $2.99/lb. Highly recommended and will return. ?

A stocker at this location was rude when asked where something was, I'm not sure if he just didn't know or if he was just having a bad day. He ends up saying a bunch of mumbled up words (including swear words), as if he's on a narcotic, so I went to the manager and unfortunately the manager on shift did absolutely nothing but laughed with him upon addressing him. I recommend if you need to find something at this location, just try your best to find it on your own because the employee training here is absolutely unreasonable. Some other employees were actually kind and helpful, but the manager and the stocker seemed a bit spaced out as if they didn't know where they were, definitely a strange store, very unprofessional. Would not recommend!
