If I could do 0 stars I would, you walk in and they’re following you everywhere, like you’re going to steal something, and this lady and 2 other coworkers came up to me and asked me if I was buying the purse or not, like if I was going to steal it. Very disappointed! They make you feel very uncomfortable because they follow you everywhere to the point you just want to check out. And plus they only have 1 person on the register which is very sad because a lot of people on the line waiting to pay.

Worst experience of my life, never in my life have I been this disappointed. I was followed while looking at the purses like I’m trying to steal them. Three employees approached my friend and I while looking through the junior section!! Completely disappointed.

2 male associates by the door chatting away together while only 2 cash registers open and more than 20 people in line. When address with the problem they had nothing to say just kept chatting. 15 mn wait to check out. Ridiculous, very poor management. Not respectful of customers.

Lady tagging clothes with the purple wig on! Elderly lady was looking they told her they're processing them, she was asking a question. In stead of responding the purple haired women looked at the Elderly lady and said ok bye bye! I left the store bc no one should be treated like that.

Stood in line for 20 minutes after only having one person working the register to find out that surprise, they don't have any gift cards. There should be an option to purchase gift cards without standing in a ridiculously long line, as well as always having more than one person working the register. This is everytime I go into this store.

That was my first time shopping at Ross's the sale items were few and only Christmas items, but I did find some other things that were reasonably priced. The store was clean and items were easy to find and customer service was very good.
