Awesome experience with Johnnie Lee, I wish every car salesman was like him around the world!!!!! After shopping around for days. Robinson Brothers/ Johnnie Lee had the perfect used car for me, listened to my needs/concerns and did their best to accommodate. Very grateful for the experience and highly recommend. 10/10

Ask for Jarrod. He made buying easy. They had the car my wife wanted and he worked with his manager to get the price right. Thanks again Jarrod.I would give it a 5 star but the cleaning crew on cars needs help. So don't expect a detailed job.John in the finance dept made the paperwork easy and entertaining.I definitely would buy a car again from these guys. Give them a shot.******UPDATE, UPDATE*************2 WEEKS LATER ********The engine light came on coming back from a Florida vacation. The engine continues to run and the temp gauge also read normal. We contacted Jarrod on Monday morning. He explained that he would contact his manager. His manager, Clint, contacted us and said that they will take care of it. (NOTE: 64000 miles. Over the hyundai warranty.)We read the code of p2181 (temp issues) We brought it back and Brandon with the service dept was great. Long story short, they replace the faulty thermostat. While we waited, it was around noon, Clint loaned us a Lincoln to go to lunch. They then texted us when the repairs were made.Jarrod, Clint and Brandon worked together like a well oiled machine. The owners of Robinson should be proud to have dedicated employees like them. I give them a 5 star.

Understandably, it’s their job to be manipulative because their family starves if they don’t make sales, but these guys have gone to borderline fraudulent practices. Tried to make my car seem like it’s broken and needed immediate repairs so they could get it for 60% of what it’s actually worth. They said they took it to service to make sure the muffler system was good, then came back saying it was completely shot and they’d have to send it to auction. I checked my dash cam footage right after to discover that did circles in a parking lot a block away instead of actually going to service. horrible guys

This dealership is incompetent! I have a new Lincoln Corsair and was brought in for an oil change. FIVE hours later it was done. The poor elderly lady sitting with my wife was getting very hungry and waiting until my wife stepped in and confronted them on the length of time and communication. Tell people if you can't do it soon or bring back a different time. The second time a trim piece was loose and needed to be replaced as a warranty part. They were accusing us of a wreck which was untrue. They argued and finally had to say either get the part put on as a warranty or don't order. They said nothing and we left. Went to a different dealership and was told it was a warranty part and they would order it right away and even asked if they thought it was in a wreck. They said no indications of it. I asked to talk to a person in charge and seems they must work from home because no one was there that could make decisions or hear my complaint. The service person was unapologetic and showed me the door. They want to sell cars but do not provide competent service. GM here I come!

I went in to the quick lube on Monday 10/10/22. After over an hour and 45 mins the two guys behind the counter had already moved 3 women that had walked in after me ahead of me and 4 other men also sitting in the waiting room. When I ask for my keys back they moved paperwork around and said but you're next. I don't know why anyone was already in my truck and it was rummaged threw. I'm very angry. I called to speak to a manager 2 days later to have heard nothing this is disrespectful on every level

I can't speak for the sales department but as far as the body shop I would recommend going ANYWHERE else. They had my truck for over 3 weeks to replace passenger side mirror and glass and do some touch up paint work. When I called to check on it I got very little help, no return calls, vague answers, etc.... No regard for timing, me needing to update rental car company, etc.... Was told it would be ready on a day and 3 days later it still wasn't ready. Seriously avoid this place for any repair work.

I dropped my vehicle off for repair at my appointment time, after 3 days of not hearing anything about the repair, I reach out and the advisor informs me the vehicle hasn't even been assigned to a tech yet. After trying to get an ETA on the repair, they said it's in a cue and no telling when it will be seen. EVEN AFTER MAKING AN APPT! 4 days later they still had not even had it seen by a tech, and had no sympathy for the fact I was paying for a rental car. They said sorry can't tell you when we'll get to it still, nothing more we can do. So after also talking with a service manager and realizing she also didn't care, I ended up picking up the vehicle and taking it to another Ford dealer who got it in the shop and looked at in 1 day. Terrible service at Robinson, terrible scheduling, and the employees could care less. Save yourself some time and take your car any where else but this dealership.

Booked a service appt on first of July for the 20th, when we dropped off the vehicle Tara the service advisor never mention to myself or my wife that the dealership was days behind schedule and that it may take a week for diagnosis! Wednesday rolls around and Tara reaches out and says we were able to diagnose your vehicle and you have a actuator that is bad and needs to be replace. I expressed to Tara that I had warranty and it was in my glove box. Tara acknowledge and told me that parts and labor on the actuator would be 1100 dollars! Later that afternoon I checked in to see if warranty was going to cover the cost, Tara said that my warranty does not cover the part and we would have to pay. This was confusing for me so I called the warranty department for my vehicle and they show zero claims on my explorer being made. Tara never reached out to my warranty department what so ever, even though she said she did. I called the ford dealer I purchased the explorer from and they helped me get the warranty info over to Tara, she called the warranty claim in and there was a discrepancy. The warranty shows in both of there systems that it should take 3 hrs to fix the actuator. But the dealer is claiming 6? So we reached out to Tony the sales manager and he explained that if you don't have a ford warranty then there is a third system that is used for the hours. This system is calling for 8 hrs? We where upset that all of this has happen and all we asked for was our diagnostic fee be returned. Tony expressed that won't happen what so ever and nothing we could do. I truly don't get how warranties can have one number and dealerships have another? Seems to be a scam by the dealer especially when they already claimed my warranty wouldn't even cover with out even calling in. Reached out to the General Manager and no return call from today what so ever. Such poor leadership and customer service!

I scheduled an appt to have my car dropped off June 17. I called many times to check in and during this the original service advisor was switched to fast lane had I not called I would have never known. Then by 2.5 weeks with what they were diagnosing got told they were waiting to hear back from the warranty company. I called the warranty company who never got paperwork. With what was being told was wrong warranty company sent out an inspector to confirm these issues. They had nothing ready. Inspector went out the next day and the original diagnosis was not correct. What they claimed needed to be replaced was fine and did not need replacing. They did a second diagnosis and things went from "upper and lower ball joints, spark plugs, water pump, thermostat, and gasket. Replace expansion valve." To torque converter and door mode actuator, tightening bolts on control arm (which they wanted to charge close to $500 for tightening bolts they had it there for a month if not longer they could have at least done that for all the issues they gave me the run around etc) I don't see paying that much to tighten bolts. Absolutely ridiculous and took them over a month to have my car ready. Still not completely fixed. I will NEVER bring my car back there again. They are not sympathetic in any way and can't get straight answers. Unless you want to be without a car for a month or more and still have issues I suggest finding a dealership that cares and can actually do the work and provide the service you want.

Super nice folks, the turnaround date for service is as expected. Make sure you don't leave any valuables like phone chargers in your car, they get "lost" when your car is serviced.
