I’m sure he did well. I wouldn’t understand what they do. He was nice.
I. Am bothered by the fact that this is a continuing issue. The issue is that I was not notified of the service today. Glad I was here to acknowledge that y’all came and the work was done. I would not have known otherwise until I received the bill.
We need to do better on communication.

Exact same message as last year. Make a note on the account or something. There are holes ar the garage door. They were drilled in the crack. Go back out and treat this area.
"No issues with technician, but it was stated that the line between the driveway and garage wasn't drilled. We had this issue previously. It has been drilled, but it was done in the crack between the 2 and is not the easiest to see. If this area wasn't treated, please stop by and treat this.'
