Wait time way too long. Call you too much to confirm the trip, several times in 1 day. Horrible transportation, you do better getting lyft or uber.

A reliant on call van with patients hit our vehicle and ran, after speaking to the company they were no help and DID NOT CARE that their driver with patients in the van hit us.

Air-conditioning DID NOT WORK ON THE VAN!!! I'm in Baton Rouge La. It's been getting over 100° here! Miserable ride. I ride 3 times a week and it takes about 1hr.!!!

I was quoted as follows:$99.75 base price plus; $3.25 per mile. If someone ride along it's an additional $25.00. They need at least a 24 hour notice.
