Today was my first day and it was an adventurous time for me and very heartfelt. They took their time with me to train me through what I needed to do and also asked me how I felt about it. What were my specifics in doing what I needed to do to reach my fitness goals. Today was the very first time in 28 years that I have ever been to a fitness itself and they have treated me so politely. I would most definitely recommend theseothese guys to anyone who's willing to work and put in their heart dedication and to helping themselves strive for a better life

Came in from out of town and my sister in law took us this morning… hands down a great place to workout. The coach, Chelsea, was fantastic! We will definitely recommended to any friends in BR and come back soon!
