It's one of my favorite stores to shop. My only complaint is the chicken. They need to stop selling it. Every time I buy leg quarters, the chicken smells so bad. Today, I didn't have the energy to return the chicken. I just threw it away. But I still love shopping at this store. It's so clean and the staff is always courteous!

My recent visit to Reeves Supermarket left me thoroughly disillusioned with their customer service. After a long day, I stopped by the deli counter with the hope of grabbing a quick bite. I rang the bell for service, expecting to be greeted by a friendly staff member ready to assist. However, what transpired next was nothing short of appalling.From the depths of the backroom emerged a white lady, her demeanor exuding hostility from the moment she laid eyes on me. Without a shred of courtesy or explanation, she brusquely declared that they were closing, effectively dismissing my presence without so much as an apology. Confused and taken aback, I glanced at the clock to confirm that it was well within the store’s operating hours.The sheer audacity of this encounter left me speechless. It’s one thing to encounter a minor inconvenience, but to be treated with such blatant disrespect and disdain is entirely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic decency and respect, regardless of the circumstances.This incident has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of Reeves Supermarket. It’s evident that there are significant deficiencies in their customer service standards that urgently need to be addressed. Until such changes are implemented, I can no longer in good conscience support this establishment.In conclusion, Reeves Supermarket’s failure to uphold basic standards of professionalism and courtesy has cost them a loyal customer. It’s my sincere hope that they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Outstanding customer service! The vibrant young lady that served my plate lunch and the adorable Lil Sista that checked me out were a pleasure to associate with.Thanks for your kind smiles after a long two days.What a treat

This is a great store! I have been shopping here for years. They have a friendly staff, a great deli, & everything I really need. They also have great weekly sales. I also prefer the convenience of shopping at Reeve’s compared to big grocery chains.

New in town heard about hot lunches, yes,just no,I ordered two chicken dinner plates, very pretty golden brown, bit in to it was still bloody, omg you would have thought i fried it, but store was clean is about all I can say ,not even the cashier was happy to be there,just don't buy the fried chicken

The only reason to come to Reeves is for sodas thats the only thing will a reasonable price 10 dollar toothpaste is not for me

Staff is always friendly! The store is always clean. Great liquor and spirits selection. Great market to avoid the major crowds and waiting in line of some of the bigger stores.
