We placed an order through school for team gear. A month later the items were received, after games has started and parents had to rebuy items that had not come in yet so their kids could be in uniform to play. Two emails sent to the contact on the order that I placed asking to cancel the items, still no response. Will never purchase from this retailer again, hope the school feels the same.

I purchased a sweatshirt and within two weeks it was covered in fuzzy balls. I attempted to return but the manager said It was normal wear and tear. I don't think that a sweatshirt should only last a couple of months. He was horrible and rude. I just want to make sure no one shops here. The quality is not there nor is the customer service.

I would give zero starts if possible! The cheer uniforms ordered through them from Adidas are terrible with no acceptable resolution. Patrick will give the run around and refuse to try to make things right!

We have been shopping red stick for years, we have been impressed with customer service and quality of merchandise they offer until today. My fiance was THE ONLY customer in the store, when she walked in she wasn't greeted or spoken to at all. The workers did not stop their loud conversation to greet her or help her, they treated her as if she wasn't even a patron in their building. She had to seek out assistance as she was looking for a women's dry fit coaching shirt, when she asked for help the workers told her no we don't sell women's polos and continued their personal conversations AGAIN like she wasn't even there. She continued to shop, but was so turned off by the treatment of the workers that she left and went to a competitors store down the road. A customer in your store should never feel like she did today, we will not be shopping here again or placing any future orders for our school/sports teams. We are highly disappointed after being a loyal customer for years by the way we was treated and dismissed today.

Nice place if you need a baseball uniform. Seems more of a clothing store as compared to sporting goods. My apologies if that is the target customer. I stopped by looking for golf supplies, I did see the practice balls all the way in the back. Just not my place. Staff was nice.

They are the ABSOLUTE worst! Unfortunately we were kind of stuck to place orders with these clowns but never EVER again!! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! And that includes their sales people inside and outside! No return calls! No follow up email! Thankfully we will have another local and MUCH better option to deal with again very soon. Good riddance to these people!And for those wondering, this is in reference to simple orders that were no where near being special order items!! This was every day items!! They suck!
