I go to this RaceTrac at least twice a week. I've never had an issue with service. The employees that I've encountered have given good customer service. I have a serious complaint about the flies in this store! I've seen them in past but not like now! Flies on/in the food cases. Flies on the drink machines. Flies on the food racks and counter! Something needs to be done. It's really disgusting. Flies are nasty and carry diseases. I will not return to any RaceTrac locations until this issue with these Flies at this location has been resolved. I'm going to tell others not to buy from you either. Shame on you for not caring!

24 hours LOL! Went to this establishment at 10:00 p.m. closed if your employees are too scared to work overnight it's time to find new ones this is not a one time experience this is three times in a row change your hours don't say your open 24 hours when you are not.

Why and what reason was I in the store bout 10:30 or 11 pm lastnight I just tried to call to talk to the manager the phone was busy or off line so that it want be no calls it was the girl worker she may be the Manger and a guy I walk in the store a customer was coming out they told me they was closed u can run the camera back the guy was outside doing the parking lot working the store says 24 hrs I needed gas and two things just had got off from work if they not gonna put a sign up or the reason for closing they should have not been at work the customer even said that was wrong she say she barely got what she needed but she did I had to drive to another store

Clean gas station was able to get fresh food exte early stuff was rofwcent and kind and had a great experience and price was not bad

What are the TRUE hours of operation? Ive been out here about 30 minutes and the doors are locked. I looked for even the slightest human interaction. NOPE. 1:43am early Saturday. I was also attempting to notify that someone pulled off with a gas handle. Theres employees, just not for the store.

I was at the store at 5:30 am and normally when they have only one person inside they deny customers until someone shows up. Today Louis(I think that's his name) was very helpful and resourceful he took orders for snacks and necessities through the door ensuring we got what we needed to start our day! This is the first time I've encountered this kind of help at this location. If they don't have enough staff for the hours then race trac doesn't need to be a “24 hour” store.

For the stores location, Im betting it ain’t easy to keep as nice as they do. It’s stayed consistently clean and the best place to stop for gas if you gotta keep heading north. It’s all down hill past that for convenience stores. Pretty much.
They’ve got great pizza too, better than little Caesars half of the time. You can tell it’s actually fresh dough they are using. The doc marks on the dough, plus the dough isn’t over proofed. Which tells me they must be following procedures, time and dates on their products. Aren’t afraid of taking a loss if they gotta toss out old product. 9.99 isn’t a bad price either considering the quality of what your getting. Vs the 6 dollar sadness from caesars.
Only giving em 4 stars for what’s really out of their control. Still not the biggest fan of going there. Depends on the time of day, and how many folk are staring me down @ the front of the store as I pull up in the parking lot. I’ve literally drove up, and on through the rest of the lot and been like nope, not today. False alarm, it can wait. Carrying on, gettin tf outta here.

This gas station opens way too late in the morning. I stop by at 6:00 AM most mornings and it's often not open. There's a lot of people trying to get in, but the doors are closed. I actually do not understand how a gas station that advertises its coffee is not open at 6:00 AM everyday.

The Racetrac location off of airline and Tom Drive is my favorite fuel and all into one stop. There is never a time I visit and I’m not greeted upon entrance. This location is always outstandingly clean. I wish I could give this location 10 stars. The entire staff is amazing. There’s one employee I must say stands out. I believe her name is Kay. She’s always pleasant. Her customer service is beyond amazing. Thanks to this store for making my visits nothing short of great everytime.

Coffee is HORRIBLE… I’m not sure if the workers aren’t tending to the coffee machines or what but this has happened to often! I barely use creamer but do to the fact my cup is more water than coffee is gross. A customer actually told me it looked watered down after I walked away to grab a spoon, and he poured his out because of the same thing at a different machine. This location is always busy in the mornings but I’m over my morning starting out like this because of laziness. This will cause of kinds of stomach aches..

I just came to town from San Antonio, Texas. Stop here to get gas spent $60. Went in to use the restroom and the worker. Tell me that I could not use the bathroom because they just clean it. And went on to tell me it's nothing he could do. This was ridiculous if I could Take that gas and give it back to him and take my bin to somewhere else here. T is I'm coming off the highway traveling and cannot use a restroom at the filling up address at this gas station. It is a very poor way of doing business. Because someone lazy a**, do not want to clean the restroom again. And for more detail, this was September 29th at 10:22pm
