brought truck in to get little warranty things fixed. kept the trucks for weeks and broke part of what they were supposed to be fixing. literally only fixing a usb port and took 2 weeks . only accommodated us with a truck after 2 weeks because i walked in pissed as hell . jaz was so unprofessional and not helpful . NEVER answered the phone and as soon as we came in , he showed no interest into helping us and ignored us . the actual mechanic was very helpful and was sweet but never go see jaz and we will never be going back .

I will be posting a more in depth review later this week regarding my experience with Hollingsworth Richards Ford. The in depth review will contain a timeline (that starts 2 years ago and ends last week) of the 6 times my car was in their shop, along with invoices/receipts.However, in the meantime, I wanted to ensure everyone knew what kind of customer service this dealership is providing. - in addition to their poor workmanship. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The service manager - Melissa Stevens - is by far the worst service manager I have ever known. And my dad was a service manager for over 30 years, as well as my grandfather owning a Ford dealership company for many years.I was lied to, spoken down to, and given minimum information throughout the entire process. When I tried to speak with the service manager's boss - Hope, who I believe is a Hollingsworth - to discuss my situation, Melissa Stevens told me she was unavailable "for a period of time" and would not get me in touch with her. After everything I went through, I will make sure that everyone knows how horrible this dealership is and how they treat their customers.

F-350 in shop for 14 months, replaced engine and less than a month engine light comes on, bring it back to Hollingsworth and it needs an oil change, air filter, fuel filter and analysis rese. $854.00 later i get my truck back, don't you think the oil - air - & fuel filter should have been changed with the new engine??? analysis should have been on them too!!!Don't expect these folks to do the right thing, we will never bring any of our 47 trucks to them ever again.

I purchased a vehicle from here 12/2021. They were supposed to fix certain issues with my vehicle. I’ve called my salesman several times and still nothing has been done. I then called for a sales manager on several occasions and still have yet to receive a response. I do NOT recommend Hollingsworth Richards Ford for anything!!! I am very disappointed, because it’s going on a year and the issues that were promised to be fixed have NOT happened.

SKETCHY DEALERSHIP. First no one had agreed to purchase the truck because it was still on the rack in service and waiting on parts. I said ok, let's draw up paperwork. The salesman took my keys, but came right back and said the sales manager told him it was already spoken for. Now, no one has put any money down and the truck was up for sale just minutes before. We were the only customers there, so how did this sell without a buyer? Like I said, the salesman and sales manager were both being very sketchy.

I recently purchased a truck from Hollingsworth Ford & I was told stuff that wasn't true by my salesman Joel. He is blaming the miscommunication on management but this isn't true. I will never purchase another vehicle from him again. Be careful purchasing a vehicle from here. Make sure you get all the info and everything you need before you sign all of your paperwork because good luck after that.

The service department has horrible customer service. I called them and left a voicemail to be called back but they did not answer. So I called the next week and left another voice message and was still ignored. After a couple more days I demanded to speak with someone immediately and finally got through. Once I scheduled an appointment and brought my car, the service department told me that they found the problem and other problems as well and they all needed to be fixed immediately. I told them to fix all the things that I couldn’t fix or that I didn’t want to spend the time to fix and said to leave the other problems. After inspecting the “other problems“ I found that they actually were not problems and the parts were perfectly good and did not need to be replaced for another year or two. DO NOT bring your vehicle for any type of maintenance otherwise, you’ll wind up paying way more money then you should for problems that don’t exist.

Ordered ford parts from HRF. sent my backorder notice same day. I sent order cancellation by replying to that email. Well they dont read emails and shipped parts after I had already bought them elsewhere. 30 percent restock charge because they have "no fault insurance". Selfish company and they need to admit unread emails are not an excuse to charge people. Not going back

Avoid this place. Unreliable and untrustworthy. They aggressively confirm appointments via text and email, only to not deliver once you're there. This can only improve when they adopt a philosophy that the customer's time is important and should be respected. They to easily fall into the stereotype of used car salesmen.

CAN'T BE TRUSTED. They agreed to sell me a pre-owned truck for $60K plus TT&L cash. I made my offer by phone and they agreed to it. It's a 5 hour round trip for me. The very next day I went to my bank and got a cashier's check and we headed to the dealership. We confirmed our appointment multiple times and even let them know when we left and what time we expected to arrive. They responded with a "see you soon" text. When we got off the interstate 5 minutes from the dealership I noticed a missed text asking me to call Todd, a customer care manager. When I called he informed me that someone else "committed to buy the truck" and it was no longer available to me. When I got to the dealership the GM offered to give me a deal on another truck. Part of me wanted to leverage the situation into a great deal but I had lost all trust in them by this time. All in all they wasted 6 hours of my time and my wife's time. I rescheduled 2 meetings to accommodate their time frame. I made arrangements to sell my current vehicle to a friend, which I will still do because MY word means something. These people have zero character. NONE. Did I mention they other party was "a friend of the finance manager" according to the GM? I even shared that my budget for the truck was $60K for my 60th birthday. Do not believe a word they tell you.

While we didn't have any issues with the sales area of this dealership, the accounting department is awful. We waited over a month for them to get paperwork to our credit union so that we could sign the paperwork. And each time we had contacted them about it they said, "oh it is being worked on." This is far from the first car we have purchased and it never takes this long...usually can take an hour tops for this to be taken care of. This situation is uncalled for. It has taken so long that the temp tag on the truck is almost expired. Don't make excuses, just do better.

Went here to look at a Used Jeep it was advertised to be 1400.00 down payment with a 3.37 % apr for $14,000. We drove 40 miles to see this Jeep and we started paperwork only to have them tell us because it was 13 years old we would need to put down $5000.00 that was absolutely ridiculous. If I'm putting out a $5000.00 down payment it ain't going to be for a 13 year old vehicle. Advertisement is absolutely misleading. Needless to say we left and it would be the last place I would buy a vehicle from !!!

Bought my vehicle in to be service. They claimed they fixed the issue i had. Didn't get 5 miles away from dealership and found my vehicle was still having the same issue. Bought it back they had it for 9 days. Still could assess the problem. Basically just told me there was no issue they could find. Spent 700.00 for nothing
