“Great customer service. I used the website to reserve my rental and when I got to the U-Haul place, the manager, who was working the desk, confirmed my reservation. It was quick and easy and the manager was a super nice guy. The guy who checked me in once I returned the truck was also great. The whole experience was a positive one.”

It was 101 degrees and he could see our frustration while picking up crates to help with our move. He came to cheer us up and offer help. “These guys always have what I need, and they go out of the way to make sure I am taken care of. Very personable. I go out of my way and pass up the big orange building to come here because my time is worth something. Plus they have all the cool cooking stuff. Vernon for President !”
