Beware. I brought my pressure washer there because of a blown gasket on the motor. I showed the mechanic a 10 second video where the water was leaking and he said it would be $55 diagnostic fee. I asked, "have you replaced these gaskets before or would it require a new motor, because if it's a new motor, I'll just get another pw". He said he would not know until he takes a look at it. So I paid the $60 ($55 plus tax) Less than an hour later he called and said it would be $400 total because the motor would need to be replaced. I said, "dang, don't fool with it then because I will just purchase another one". He said "okay, I will just scrap it then." I said, "no, I will come get it." I was there within 30 minutes to pick up my pw, and noticed the hose was disconnected from the pw and from the spray gun. The hose was rolled up on the pw. Then I immediately noticed it was a different hose from when I dropped it off an hour ago. I mention to the lady that he must of made a mistake because this is not my hose. She said, "yes it is because, we don't have any other pressure washers here." The hose they had swapped out and gave to me was an inferior hose to mine. It was shorter, faded in color, 3/8 inch, and not as thick as my 1/4" kink-free hose. The lady said the mechanic is out to lunch. I said I would wait because surely it was an honest mistake. As I waited, I noticed there was not the first drop of water run through the pw or hose in since I dropped it off. One would think a good mechanic would at least run water through the pw since they are charging $55 diagnostics fee. The mechanic arrived and said, "that's your hose, I just stretched it out so I could manage it". I said, "it's shorter, different shade of black and not even the same diameter". He said, "I don't know what to tell you, that's your hose. I did stretch it though so it might look different." I did not press it further because it was not worth, but I sure hope this was not done intentionally. Although I have a strong feeling it was. Beware, save you money and go someplace else.
