I ordered a part online through revolution parts. The order was serviced through Price LeBlanc. I ordered the part on June 25, and Price LeBlanc sat on it for 4 days before asking for my VIN to verify fit. I know the year, make, and model of my car and I verified fit before I ordered. No need to delay. When I did send them my VIN I informed them that I needed the part before the end of July due to a change in address (moving to a different state first week of august). They assured me it would ship as early as possible and should make it before end of July, but they sat on the order for 3 more weeks before shipping it on July 23. Then when they shipped, they shipped the wrong parts (kind of ironic given the unnecessary VIN verification delay) and mixed up my order with some other order. To their credit they caught the error (more likely some other person got my parts and alerted them) and they recalled the package. No alert was sent to me, despite me letting them know over a month ago that I was moving at the beginning of August. I found out today when I checked the tracking number. Tracking said it had been delivered, but nothing had arrived at my place. I went to our USPS hub and they geolocated the package and informed me it was back at the dealer in Baton Rouge and they informed me it was intercepted and returned at the dealer's request. I phoned Price Leblanc and had the pleasure of talking to David. When I told him to just cancel the order and refund me
(again, I am moving to a differnt state and didn't want it to get lost in my move) he said he wouldn't refund until the part was in his possession. When I verified that I needed to wait for a refund even though I never received any parts and they were aware that they shipped the wrong parts he condescendingly said 'yeah that is how online orders work'. I let him know I was just going to duspute the charges through my credit card. He responded with condescension again saying 'thanks for your patience'. At this point I had been waiting for the part for a month and 7 days since I ordered it, I was out of time with respect to my move, and I had been dealing with tracking the package for almost 2 hours. He chose the exact wrong thing to say because my patience had run out. I had been polite to that point but regretfully, after his 'patience' comment I used some colorful language and told him what he could do. Credit card dispute has been lodged. I didn't choose Price LeBlanc by choice, again they serviced an order through revolution parts, but I will avoid them by choice going forward. They seem to get good reviews overall so maybe they deserve a mulligan on the order mix-up but when you mess up so collossally, the onus is on you to make it right. I have been fixing my own cars for years and have ordered plenty of parts online. This is the first time I have been treated with outright condescension in a situation like this. I will take my business elsewhere.

I recently went to Price Leblanc with my mother to purchase a vehicle with her. Our salesperson was Cindy Klein and we will always go back to her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. She went above and beyond to make sure that my mother was taken care of and all questions and concerns were addressed. Cindy was patient and professional, not pushy or overbearing. She was knowledgeable about the different vehicles we were interested in and went to great lengths to explain the features of the vehicles so we could make an informed decision. A+ to Cindy for making this experience as smooth as could be. We are in love with the new Venza!!!!

We have bought about 12 cars, but this was the first one from Price Leblanc Toyota and you have gained a customer for life. Wasn’t trying to give one star but it’s the only way I could leave a review… Took my grandmother in May 31 to purchase a used vehicle the truck been to the service shop 3 times already bc the engine light keep coming on … They get the truck to ford and come to find out she needs a engine… All they keep saying is at least she will have a new engine????what person wants to purchase a car and has an engine replaced less than 30 days of buying it …. They not doing anything to help their using her warranty to pay for everything so they aren’t doing her any favors…Someone point me in a direction where she can get from under this six year contract…lastly the salesperson called and said ooooo she can get into another vehicle but she has to pay another down payment ??????????

Kevin the Sales Manager and Nick our Salesperson were two of the most incredible employees I have ever met in a car dealership while purchasing a New Vehicle in my ENTIRE LIFE!! If you are looking for a new Toyota, The only place to go is Price Leblanc Toyota!! There is a reason that no other Toyota dealership in Louisiana has a higher Google rating than them!!!! First things first, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Price LeBlanc for having such an amazing team at hand! From the second I walked on the lot I was treated like I was at home with family. Big shout out to Mr. Johnnie Balfantz who worked with my family and me from the time we got there up until we left with my new car! Throughout the entire process, he was kind, courteous and supportive of whatever decision I decided to make as far as vehicles went. Another big shout out to Mr. Billy Reine, who was also a huge help in securing my new car! He shared that same kind spirit, was able to work my finances to the best of his abilities and met me at whatever crossroads I found myself at, guiding me to choose what felt best for me. My fiancé and I had the best experience at Price Leblanc. Our salesman Yasoob Zia was fantastic! He worked with us to find the right truck for us and worked hard to make sure that we could also get the right price too! We would definitely recommend coming to buy a car here and we will be back in the future.
