Went there today to go and look at a truck after talking to someone on the phone the day before who most definitely seemed like he didn’t want to talk or be there lol was still optimistic though since it was a truck that I’ve dreamed of having for a long time now. I get there and the truck is filthy and no one even came outside to see if I wanted to buy anything instead, just sat there and watched me? 1 out of 10 experience for me at best! Do better

Had my car towed to the dealership. Triple A said it was an alternator problem. Lexus replaced a 2 year old Lexus battery and said they couldn’t warranty the battery because of no receipt. Said my Alternator was ok. Drove my car for about 4 days on and off. Same problem again. I had the alternator replaced at a different shop. I’ve driven Lexus since 1996. In the past excellent service from Price Leblanc Lexus. Not this time!!!

From the first call till service was completed, the team at Price LeBlanc Service was STELLAR! I had many conversations and transfers and each person I spoke with was kind, patient, caring, considerate, knowledgeable and professional! Lorraine, Jasmine, Jordan and Brad were EXCEPTIONAL! Usually, getting my car serviced isn’t a day that I would consider great day, yet today, I had a GREAT DAY because of this team and the QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE!! Thank you all! I had the most AMAZING experience purchasing a used vehicle all the way from the great state of TEXAS! Cliff Settoon did an Awesome job sending additional pictures, and even a walk through video of the vehicle I was looking at. We were able to set an appointment, ask millions of questions and were treated with the best customer service. Facility was spectacular, clean, and everyone was so friendly and willing to help.
