I've never been asked to pay a Rx upfront before it will be prepared for me. I was annoyed that the pharmacy doesn't accept insurance and requires you to prepay and then do paperwork to get refunded, but asking me to pay before you'll even make it was an insult. I'm not a drug addict, and the Rx was for a mouthwash, not a controlled substance. Once I paid (up front), I was told it would be a two hour wait. Talk about ruining an entire afternoon just to pick up a prescription.

As a customer for many years- I can’t say enough great things about this speciality pharmacy! The owner Patricia and her staff are very knowledgeable and they always go above and beyond for my little boy.

Very helpful staff. I feel they go above and beyond and are always finding me answers to my questions. They don't always have an answer immediately, but they are quick to get back to me.

This was the fastest compounding pharmacy I have ever been to! They even waited after closing time for me to pick up my medication. Customer service is awesome !
