They will never get another cent or dime of my money. I’m never going back!! I asked for ombre on a stiletto nail and OANH was unable to do the design. It wasn’t even the right colors and the shape was giving almond. I wanted pink and yellow, they flat out put red and yellow. Oanh started on two of my nails and I stopped her before she continued, telling her it wasn’t looking like the picture. The look on her face made me know she was not confident in her ability to do the style. I told her I no longer wanted the service and just continued on with my pedicure service. She then started to talk about me in Mandarin, while the man who did my feet laughed and again chose to put red on my feet. By that point I was beyond disgusted and I didn’t want them to touch me anymore, so I went to another salon where they removed the polish from my toes. I didn’t even bother asking for the design again, cuz the people at premier nails just made me not want to even try anymore. This establishment obviously thinks people are stupid and can’t tell when they are being talked about. Instead of being polite and understanding that I no longer wanted that service, she tried to be a bully and justify it by saying pink and yellow were not my colors. I wonder if she would have told a white woman that…When I addressed her behavior at checkout, the man apologized not because he was sorry for what happened but because they got caught. I was ready to spend over $200 on my service just to treat myself. They ruined the experience with their ugly behavior. I will go somewhere else from now on.
I suggest going to M. Vince nail spa or Elite Nails, they are located within 5 mins of this establishment. They are much kinder!

Oh honey where do I begin!!!! Wonderful service. I receive the milk and honey pedicure two weeks ago and my feet are still smooth. Andy took very good care of me as always. Everyone loves my nails and yes it’s seashells in my nails. I’m just in love with my nails.

They are the best nail salon I’ve visited in a long time. I’ve showed them a picture of my dress for an event a they matched the color exactly and offered beautiful designs.i always get coffin shape nails and many can’t seems to get this shape right but theses guys mastered it . I will be going back!

Superior customer service and excellent technique! My wife's nails were done incorrectly by a different salon and premier nails removed the nails without hurting her nails. The best part is that they listened to her request and the nails are absolutely perfect! Thank you premier nails!

They are amazing Judy the owner has been doing my feet for about 8yrs she is literally THE BEST!! Her husband the other owner does Amazing nails!!! They just took over management at this shop, y’all should definitely check them out. It’s always a great time when I go see them. (I’m a regular) I promise you won’t be disappointed.

New owners. I was not satisfied at all. The person that did my nails was very very rude. Told me that I didn’t know what I wanted. My nails came out no where near what I asked for. Will not be going back.

Definitely not expensive, very reasonably priced. Everywhere else I go, my gel chips or breaks. I can make my nails last 3 weeks plus here. I will only be coming here from now on!
