Sarah has no customer service skills in her body she would rather send me away to sweep the empty floor and talk to another lady than help me out with a table runner and even after she was called on a walkie talkie by another employee who was busy helping the other customers by herself Sarah would be better off at a McDonald’s with the teens that have the same energy as she does.

Today we visited the store to check out their fall decor. It seems like this store is going to fall into the same fate as it’s sister store Williams Sonoma, “plumbing issues” holes in the ceilings. We were not greeted when we entered the store, bathrooms are closed off to the public, and the front door is locked. Granted it’s not all of the stores fault. Mall of Louisiana does a poor job maintaining the mall. But it still all comes down to management setting the pace on how to handle customers. As loyal customer to both stores there are definitely alternatives that can be done to bathroom use. I think this will be the last time shop at this store. Thank goodness for the Lakeside Mall store in Metairie.

I purchased a 5' faux olive tree in early September online. I received a broken up old wrong product 2 weeks later. I brought it in to the store & another was ordered. I called 2 weeks after that, with no information available given from customer service. I called a week after that only to hear the product is on back order indefinitely (canceled order & requested refund)Well low & behold I look in my emails and the tree is not only in stock, but discounted. I've made multiple purchases before this last one & disappointed with potterybarn for not providing necessary info.

Horrendous experience. A gaggle of employees watched my mother and I enter. We asked for assistance and got none. Finally, someone came from the back and "helped" (argued with) us. Every item in the store was damaged...doesn't bode well for a furniture store.

Service sucks!! I know it is not to many stores in Baton Rouge, just order online if you don't want have a headache. They have no customers service skills. Not friendly. Trust believe I will got to another store out town. P.s. I just wanted a price check and had to wait over 30mins.

Alot of nice items and Holiday decor but alot of those items are over priced. Friendly staff. You could go to Burlington and find those same items for a much better price.

Prices are a little oddly high for alot of their decor. Why do they think their better than the store next door with the same decor for a fraction of the price. The flickerless candles ?were too expensive for what it is. With remote and all its ? pathetic.
