They have really nice taste in cars and have a good selection but was rude when I showed up to look at a car. She didn’t seem interested in selling me a car until she knew I had money, which is understandable but I’m not gonna talk money until Ive decided I like a car. I had to beg for a text drive in the parking lot.

ive called a few times about a dodge charger a old model like a 2014 and the first time i called was a few months ago and i was with my aunt and she said the woman was rude. i just wanted a charger i can pay off yk and i called today i asked a few questions and she hung up the phone quick imma find me a charger, i never had a dealer answer a phone like that ill look somewhere else

The staff isn’t bad, but they just don’t sell good quality cars. Got a 09 Toyota Camry and in less than a year the engine failed. Yeah theres the 3rd party warranty, but that doesn’t cover the entire expense cost of repairs, you still have to pay a lot. When buying cars, don’t go for these 3rd party lots unless you have a mechanic check it the day of. It’s not worth the unreliability and the insanely high interest rates.

The whole team is awesome Mrs Clarissa the owner & his beautiful wife were very nice for starters they made me feel welcomed & didn’t try to put me in just anything I had a option of what I wanted, they took their time & worked with me to the highest satisfaction & they were very sweet & I am absolutely satisfied with my car, I had a very pleasant experience & would recommend Ponce imports to everyone!!!!
