I have been to this salon twice now and it is by far the best salon I have been to out here! The staff is so friendly and very professional, the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing and everything from the salon itself to the services is SO CLEAN!

I had gone here one time previously and had gotten a great gel pedicure. The lady was super nice and did my toes well. I had gone today and was displeased with my service. The lady barely scrubbed my toes, was very lazy with everything and didn't give me great customer service. And when she was finished with my toes the lady put her feet on the same platform my feet were on and started to clip her toenails right next to mine, not only was it unsanitary but unprofessional. I will not be returning.

My daughter and I were planning to go to our regular salon but because of game day traffic we weren't able to get to burbank. We stopped at polished nails because we both wanted to get our nails done today she had a full set done and I got the dip. I was not impressed. Nobody spoke English. About five different people worked on our hands. The girl did not use any lotion on either one of our hands or arms. I guess I'm just used to being pampered for $50.I see places where the dip was missed already. I will definitely not go here again.Services: Dip powder

initially went for a full set & toe polish, i waited over 35mins for my toes to be polished because the employees were having a debate about who & who's not doing my feet(they assume people outside of their race doesn't understand/speak their language, absolutely WRONG) with that being said my service was rushed, i asked for nails on both big toes & they look nothing alike & GEL POLISH SHOULD NOT PEEL AFTER 2 DAYS! then had the nerve to be upset with me because i no longer wanted the full set, my sister was still being serviced & they started being aggressive & rushed with her full set due to me not wanting mine.

I’ve been to this nail salon twice and both times they showed excellent attention to detail. My nails came out exactly tailored to my vision and when things aren’t right they are eager to fix them. The prices are on par with less expensive salons but offer a caring, kind atmosphere you can’t find most salons.
