I have had a great experience and recovery thanks to Eric and all the Therapist at Peaks Mid-City location. I would not hesitate to use this location again as everyone there is friendly and supportive making the experience as pleasant as possible as you work through your pain to recovery ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Eric and all staff members for making my recovery a pleasant experience!!!

It was great working with Eric Alphonso for around 6 weeks on my injured wrist. Had a lot of questions about intensity of rehab at the start. Eric helped me strike the right balance that allowed me to heal as fast as possible while getting through my day job with minimal discomfort. He took into account how the wrist felt going into each visit when making adjustments in the rehab routine. I liked how he changed sets and reps throughout the process, knowing that variation is necessary for staying mentally engaged as well as making physical improvements. He’s extremely knowledgeable on joint movements and how to attack pain through all planes. The gym area has all the machines needed for advanced therapy. Peak is where I’ll meet my therapy needs.

Peak PT was fantastic! All of the PT staff were very welcoming and encouraging. The location at Jefferson Highway & Goodwood was perfect between my home and my work. I would recommend this location and these PTs to everyone! Thanks so much!

I had a positive experience with everyone at Peak Performance Physical Therapy. Front desk personnel were very accommodating, the physical therapist was knowledgeable in setting me up with a rehab program, and the PT techs guide you properly through the exercises so you can have a successful end result. I highly recommend Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Mid-City, Baton Rouge, LA.

Hallelujah, five months and one week after my injury (but who's counting), officially released from PT. @Peak you have been amazing! Thank you for fixing me. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Everyone is willing to listen to you're needs and work with you to get you healed as fast as possible. Convenient location, clean and bright therapy room, and up to date equipment. I hope to never need PT again, but if I do I will certainly return to them!

Today is my first day and i find this facility amazing as they have private rooms for servicing client and so far everyone is nice and engaging. So far i love the treatment towards clients as it remains professional which is ideal for injured people.

So many great things to say about this place and the staff….First off, Eric is incredible! He listened to everything I said…my concerns, my hopes, and my goals. He never pushed me unless I was willing to go a little further. SO MUCH communication between us.2nd…MC (one of the techs there) not only took care of me every single time I was there but she became my friend.Everyone there…and I mean everyone, whether they specifically treat you or not, gets to know you. They remember your name…they speak to you and ask how you’re feeling. That to me is absolutely the definition of going the extra mile. I left therapy not only feeling great about my future in my sport but also with friends! 10/10 would recommend Eric and everyone at Peak to anyone! Thanks y’all for helping fix me!!!

My neighbor recommended Pak Performance, and i couldn't be happier. Great facility staffed by personable and professional employees who seem genuinely interested in me as a person. I noted specific goals for my recovery, in addition to what the orthopedist requested, and Eric incorporated them to my plan. Thanks, PeakPerf!!

My experience at Peak has been wonderful. Dr. Eric Alphonso is an amazing physical therapist! He is very thorough during his evaluation and strategically creates a personalized plan to get you back to functioning normal. Dr. Alphonso is very encouraging and closely watches each and every patients process carefully. I highly recommend seeing him for anybody’s physical therapy needs!

My experience at Peak Performance has been amazing. I am feeling so much better because of the care I receivethere. Eric is my therapist. He is so knowledgeable, caring and knows just the right exercises for me.The office is always very clean. The staff is always friendly and supportive. They are always there to assist me. The ladies at the reception desk are always happy! I feel very much at home there and I know I’m in good hands. Peak Performance is excellent! Peak MidCity is the best!! I’ve been coming for treatment of my hip since running a marathon, and both Eric and Tom are actively involved in my healing process, challenging me as a patient and a runner. Peak is overall a great environment to be in!

I have had extensive PT over the course of a year for three simultaneous issues. I started at another facility and was so pleased with Tom that I followed him to Peak Mid City. Glad I did! He became not only my PT, but also my friend. His knowledge, ability, kindness, encouragement, and PATIENCE helped me thru recovery. Peak has a very friendly, helpful staff and work as a team. I have referred others to Peak without hesitation. If I ever need PT again, I would certainly be returning to Tom and his staff at Peak Performance Mid City!

I love going to Physical Therapy at Peak Performance on Jefferson! It is a very welcoming environment and everyone is always eager to help. Eric is awesome and always provides me with a great experience. I would definitely recommend coming here. I have made such great progress!
