“The staff at the Cash America Pawn on Airline is Amazing. I have been a preferred customer there before it became Cash America(over 15 years). They have helped me through times my business wasn't doing well and also when I needed equipment and for buying gifts. This last event I wanted to applaud them for. I had been looking for a piece of jewelry(my anniversary ring) I thought I had lost for 8 months and one day I received a phone call from them to come in. Ms. Deshaun had asked me what the piece looked like, then she said Is this it and then she handed it to me. Tears of Joy filled my eyes. They had found it during an audit just sitting in the corner, paid months before to be redeemed but was still in the safe. My God, the honesty of the staff there is worth complimenting because they didn't have to call me and return it BUT they did. I am a faithful shopper and referral for this store. And we bought it!! I have to say the ladies here were very welcoming and even us being outta staters treated us like they have known us forever. The atmosphere and energy in that place is amazing! Running a business can be stressful and I’m sure at a pawnshop when dealing with so many personalities that go threw there it can get rough.
