The leasing consultant, Erionne Perkins, is the sweetest person ever. Everytime we need something to be resolved no matter how big or small, she is always on it. We love her positive attitude and how she is always ready to help anyone. Thanks to her, our move in process very smooth and easy!!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!! I lived in 4 different places in my 5 years in college at LSU. This is worst quality of living I ever experienced (and by far the most expensive, ironically). They lie, they steal, they deceive. It all started on my move-in day (when I'd already signed contracts and paid them for the first month), and it took all day for me to even get my keys. I should've known that would only be a preview of the next 9 months. As my lease progressed, I continuously submitted maintenance requests, never received visits from maintenance workers, yet every request was marked "complete." Secondly, they failed to provide me notice of notice (they were supposed to send me a letter offering either a lower rate to continue staying with them or that I would need to give them a month notice if I were moving out). I never received this letter. Still, I gave them 15 day notice, at my own volition, that I would be moving out. Upon my doing this, they acted baffled and told me that my failure to provide notice would cause forfeiture of my security deposit. Being assured that this was the only penalty, even though it was their fault for not providing notice of notice, I waved goodbye to my security deposit. Then nearly 100 days after I moved out (still have an outstanding rental balance of $0 obviously), they went through a collecting agency to collect $3,000 MORE FROM ME. When I called them requesting an itemization of these charges (knowing it cannot be rent or damages, since I spent my entire move-out week cleaning the place and left with no rent balance due), there was nothing they could say of substance. The cherry on top was I recognized the lady's voice over the phone as one of the property managers while I lived there. When she told me she was a new employee (I knew she was lying already), I asked her when she started there, and she was stupid enough to say the exact date immediately after my move-out date. I will repost this review every time they delete it. If you want a toilet that flushes, a dishwasher that works, water that runs without the foulest smell, a rental contract that actually sticks, or the return of your security deposit for doing NOTHING WRONG, do yourself a favor and stay the hell away. You will end up in court or collection proceedings.

Moved here from ATL in March without touring the place, only trusting Erionne and Daquasha’s word and I am so happy I did! They are GREAT, any issue I had/have Deanna makes sure it is solved that same week. I thank them for their patience and fast paced commitment to make sure I am comfortable in my new home. Thank you to the 3 ladies at Park Rowe village & the maintenance/pest team! You guys ROCK!!!

If you want your car to get broken into then this is the perfect community. If you want to fight the management team for over FOUR MONTHS to get your refund and security deposit returned then this is a perfect community for you. If you want to live in a location that the front office staff to include the property manager won’t do anything to fix problems with your apartment, then guess what, this is the perfect location. It’s impossible to get them to do anything for the residents. The property manager spends more time “away from work” than actually at work. The other staff members all they do is “take messages and pass it to the property manager” They do not even deserve a single star, I wish I could rank them a negative five stars. NEVER again will I make the mistake of living in Park Rowe Village.

The property manager (Deanna) is rude and talks to tenants very aggressively. Its a great place to live but unfortunately property manager is pathetic and better off managing a subway.

My experience with Park Rowe has been absolutely amazing. The process was seamless and easy. Very professional office staff. I’ve been assisted with any and every concern that I had which were very minimal. The complex is beautiful, pool area is stunning, location is EVERYTHING. Did I mention there’s a hot tub?! If not then guess what, THERE IS! My unit in itsself is perfect. Very modern, updated, beautiful, clean, management ensured everything was cleaned before we moved in and I was grateful for that. As this made the move in very simple and stress free. I’d highly recommend 10/10 to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home in the most convenient location in Baton Rouge, LA. Do not hesitate! Lease with them

There is no sense of safety here. My car was broken into about a month ago and was told that they don’t have camera footage because it was out of range of where the cameras are set up. Also met someone who told me that all four of their rims were stolen from their car. He proceeded to tell me that no one cared about what happened to him but he was told that he shouldn’t have parked where he parked. Rent is way too high here and save your money and live elsewhere. 0/10 do not recommend living. I could go on but don’t have the time to explain.

BEWARE!!!!!The management here is horrible and the fees tacked on are outrageous. The property manager Deanna has been a complete NIGHTMARE to deal with. Safety is another HUGE issue. Simply put, I do not recommend these apartments to anyone!!!

My car got booted by American Coachworks 2 times in less then 1 month. The guy simply said it was too dark and could not see the tag. unbelievable. Park Row if you care for your residents get rid of these scammers.

Horrible place. Do yourself a favor and find a safer place to live because this is not it. My car was broken into and apparently there are no cameras, even though they say that there is 24/7 surveillance. Rent is too high here to feel unsafe. Also met someone who got all four of their rims stolen from the complex parking lot. He told me that no one cared about what happened and that sounds about right because they really don't care about their tenants here. The gym is also dirty and needs some cleaning. No sense of safety and cleanliness at this so called "luxury" apartments.
