The lady working there was very sweet and made a custom arrangement for me similiar to the one showcased in the colder room. The flowers there are beautiful and I wanted something simple as just because roses for my gf. Definitely recommend this flower shop and will be back if I'm ever in Baton Rouge again visiting!

SUPER JOB! We were extremely satisfied with the flowers for our daughter's wedding. David offered personal recommendations which we appreciated since this was our first wedding. The flowers were elegant from the table vases, bouquets to the wedding arch. I would definitely do business with David again.

Heroman’s is the best! They created and delivered with care a beautiful arrangement for my grandmother’s 96th birthday. She was so pleased with the flowers!! I picked the “Red Heroman’s Special Large” and wow! Sooo gorgeous!! Thank you, Heroman’s! ♥️

Very very disappointed! I received Dead Peonies. Thought that they would open but never did. Totally unattractive! No bow, no Baby’s Breath to at least make them look appealing. They didn’t even drink any of the water because they were already dead. I am enclosing before and after pictures. One star is even too much! After speaking with Mr. Heroman himself, I received a beautiful arrangement of Peonies to make up for the dead ones sent previously. Thank you for living up to the Heroman’s reputation and providing the customer service always expected from the Heroman’s name.

Ordered tulips for my mom’s birthday and was not satisfied. I didn’t received what was shown on the picture. The picture below is what the tulips look like three days later. Will not be doing business with them again.

Customer care and service are top notch! Over the years my dad said if you need flowers call the Original. I live away from Louisiana now and needed a funeral spray delivered last minute. I reached out and within an hour Heroman’s was notifying me the flowers were on the delivery truck. It was great peace of mind to know that our sympathies were being delivered with care and urgency. Many thanks.

Called them from Missouri to order get well flowers for my aunt who lives in Baton Rouge. Ordering process was straight forward and painless. Took very little time. Within an hour and a half, she notified me that they had arrived and were beautiful. Not knowing any florist in Baton Rouge I was hesitant but no worries. I would recommend Heromans to anyone. Thank you Heromans.

I give Heromans a 10 for the best customer service. They go "Above and Beyond" I found them on google. I like speaking directly with the florist for out of state deliveries.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and every time starting with the lady on the phone who is so helpful helping me pick out the perfect set of flowers for the occasion to the person who puts them together there always beautiful , elegant and just what I asked for then the delivery driver gets it's there right on time every time so thank y'all so much for y'all's hard work and dedication to providing excellent service!!!
