GO TO NAPA!! If I could give 0 stars I would! They sold me multiple wrong parts for my car in the wrong boxes so when I went to return it they said can’t accept it. Hundreds wasted.

Even though there was a decent sized crowd, I didn't have to wait for service as there were several employees working the counter. You could hear that the interactions betww the customers and staff were friendly and upbeat.Prices are fair and on par with auto zone for batteries. The shelves were stocked, organized and clean. It could be have been easier to track down upholstery/trim fasteners, but it wasn't frustratingly hard either.

Came in today with a company vehicle, and a bad battery that I have had to jump three times in the last week and a half. I asked him to check the battery, and there was very little corrosion on it. Made it seem as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and he told me that he can’t check it because it has corrosion. So I told him that I can clean it off, and he tried. He said he couldn’t get a reading therefore he couldn’t tell me if the battery was bad or not. Went to a different O’Reilly, they cleaned it off, checked it, the battery was bad. This location just did not want to replace the battery.
