Owner and manager of this storage are phenomenal. Always caring and kind when I see them or ask any questions. Everything was well explained as far as pricing and expectations. My unit has no issues and no issues with access. Major plus that it’s a uhaul facility as well.

I just rented a climate controlled unit at O'Neal Lane self storage. The manager was very informative and worked with me to determine the best unit size for storing my furniture. They have 24 hour controlled access. Their facility is kept clean and their prices are competitive. They are located on a high piece of property and did not flood in 2016. I am very pleased with my decision.

Trailer stored at site was broken into. They have no cameras. They claim to have cameras...they do but they don’t have a dvr...They have people who live onsite who are not night watch, they just live there. When I tried get some information they became very defensive of my questions to narrow down the time frame of when the break-in happen. The thieves who broke in used a grinder to cut the trailer open. This is a very loud process but yet the people who sleep less than 50 yards away could not be bothered to do anything. Stay clear of this place. When your stuff gets broken into they will not provide any help.

Bob was very helpful. The unit was clean and easy to get to. Talked with other customers who were there when I was there. They had nothing but nice things to say about O'Neal's.
