Happy and sad for Dr. Mike because he got to retire, but sad because the quality of the vet has gone down a lot. I can’t even get the girls in the front to call me back. It seems like all the prices have gone up and honestly, I don’t even think the current vets look at our charts before we come in. It seems like they have no idea of our history as if they don’t have the complete history in their files.

We have been coming here for 15 plus years and My Mother came with her pups here also. We just love Dr. Mike and the entire staff. We wish Dr. Mike a happy retirement and will continue to bring Gracie Lou and Chaos Bodie to see Dr. Bre !!!

Only 2 hour window for surgery, told me I had to reschedule my dogs surgery for an emergency surgery that was on the way to the pet hospital.
. . If it's a dire emergency cool I understand but they are not even there yet . . . don't have me drop of my dog for 8 and not respect a schedule. They truly don't care and want to get out of work for the holiday. Shame

This is the absolute best place to take you pets. The advice they give is great. They take excellent care of Lucius Fox and Grayson, my dogs. I love this place!

I recently had to say goodbye to my sweet golden retriever, Cookie. For the last few years of her life I used O'Neal Lane Pet Hospital for any vet related needs she had. Dr. Mike and his staff were always kind, compassionate, and professional toward Cookie and I always knew she was in good hands! At the end of her life, I had to make the difficult decision to put her down, and Dr. Mike was very kind and extremely helpful in letting me know what the best and most humane course of action was to take. I recommend them highly and can't thank them enough for being kind to my dog for the times that they treated her!

Dr. Mike is very good with my Kiki. We've been going to Dr. Mike for over 20 years. We started in Monticello in 1999 and followed him to O'Neal Ln.

Absolutely loved the veterinarian here! I cannot remember his name, but he seems like maybe he’s the head Vet? - We travel full time, got a new puppy while in the area. I wanted to get her into the vet asap, to ensure she was starting off healthy. The veterinarian was smart, kind, resourceful, and genuinely great with both people and animals! {Our usual vet up North i swear is great with dogs, but has zero people skills, so this was so refreshing!}
He gave me a few really great pointers on staying ahead of the puppy in training, and ensured I knew what to look out for in the future. They did a thorough job checking her out and making sure she had everything she needed and was as healthy as could be.
If we were local, this would absolutely be our regular vet in a heart beat. I was very impressed!

I am a crazy dog mom with four rescues with four very different needs and personalities. From the front desk to Dr. Mike to Dr. Amy to the latest greatest Dr. Bre the staff is wonderful!! They listen to me what's going on with the group, and me give them the best life. I love this group from the techs to the docs!
