“I’ve been going to this place for my oil changes and such since I got my first car nearly 15 years ago. I was just a naive teen (idiot) at the time. I was always greeted with respect and dignity despite being a terrible car owner. The employees at this place never took advantage of my naivety or stupidity. I always left feeling confident that my car was taken care of and my feeble bank account wasn’t hurting for it. I have also tried other places for my auto needs over time, but none have lived up to the standard these guys have set over at dipstix. Instead of having condescending tones and constantly trying to upsell, something I endured from every other shop and garage, these gentlemen take care of business quickly and kindly. No dishonest bs or superiority complexes. It is because of this that Dipstix will always be my number one choice.”
“Hakan is great and knows his stuff. He is very thorough and always willing to give a full explanation of whatever is going on with your vehicle. His prices are fair and he consistently has a quick turnaround for repairs, depending on if parts have to be shipped or not. I appreciate the thorough diagnosis and quick response from you on the multiple visits I have had to make to have repairs done on my vehicle. You and your employee exhibit excellent customer service and you really try to help your customers with their cars, you are an asset to the community. “Benny's is absolutely the BEST. Their customer service is top tier. They make you feel welcomed and very knowledgeable. I told them "I think I need a transmission flush" and the guy said "I'll check just to make sure". Now that's amazing to me because they could've just done it and cost me money I didn't need to waist. I ended up needing it but the fact they made sure first blew my mind. “I decided to let the team at Benny's on Siegen Lane take care of the wife's car. (I'm out of town a lot) The wash tunnel is clean and efficient. The detail team does a great job. Details mainly consist of mat washing, vacuum, wiping glass, wiping interior, wiping door jams, and applying their Gator Glow wax. It's not an in-depth detail by any means, but it keeps the week to week interior maintenance a breeze. This frees up my weekends and makes it easy when I decide to do my own deep clean with conditioner products.”
“Every auto parts store was over $200. Autozone had their car batteries on sale and theirs were $189 on sale regularly $211. Have to say they were the cheapest 149 for T5”

I drove over there because I was told it had the sale , though when I got there I was told it didn’t have the sale. Elijah was kind and show great customer service. “I cannot rave about the auto center enough. Tammy and the rest of the employees were THE most courteous and helpful in the installation of my new tires. I wish I would've caught the name of the gentleman working in the shop who seemed genuinely concerned with my terrible service at the Seigen location. Cortana employees answered every single question I had about my tire mounting. Everyone in the shop went above and beyond to remove an extremely difficult flat off of my rim to install my new tires. This particular location is the furthest from me, but I'll never go to another location again. I am so thankful for their hard work on my vehicle. I hope everyone knows how much I appreciated their work, and I hope they'll all receive some recognition for helping me today. I have never received such wonderful customer service.
