My 6 year old son had an endoscopy this week. His child life specialist Lauren made all the difference. He was so scared and he’s been so sick, he wasn’t his normal friendly self. That didn’t deter Lauren from making him feel safe and welcome. She knelt next to his bed and reassured him of everything that would happen. Although Lauren was a highlight, she was not the only friendly face we met. We were greeted by name as we walked into the center, every nurse and every employee was so kind, and met us with a smiling face. Our doctor, Rachel Bernard, was so thorough and helpful! She even personally called me the next day. I will visit Oschner’s facility and doctors for anything regarding my young children. My sons bear/dog thing he received before surgery has been his saving grace. He hugged it before, during and after surgery, still holding on to it every chance he gets. I even had to hot glue it back together after our puppy got a hold of it! We couldn’t be more grateful for the service, professionalism and love they showed our son and us on such a stressful day in our lives.

Dr Richard of ophthalmology, was very thorough and professional. He explained my procedure completely and put me at ease. His nursing staff was equally professional, skilled, and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.

Very professional staff and the wait was hardly anything. I love Ochsner docs and staff and this complex is beautiful and run very efficiently. I saw Dr. Chris Bankhead a new orthopedic surgeon. He was great!

This review is specifically to the lab check in "lady" "Nakayla, Nakala" at the lab check in desk. She was RUDE and not just to me I talked to the other 5 people who had checked in with her and they said she was awful. What really made me mad was the way she treated an elderly person who obviously had some problems. She raised her voice and that was so unnecessary This was all because she asked if we had called and checked in. We had all called but nobody answered. Somehow it was our fault that they didn't answer the phone. Somebody needs to go home and sleep off her mood. She has no business being at this deal today.

The women, and man, of Ochsner Therapy and Wellness are an amazing bunch. My PT...Dr?...DR. PT..? Whatever, Lacey Boudreaux has been working with me to repair my shoulder which I tore trying to save puppies from a burning bus. Though I failed in that act, I somehow ruined my shoulder in the process and was given the task of having it repaired through painful exercises.Dr. PT Boudreaux works with me along the way of repairing what was torn saving puppies. She's like The Cleaner in Toy Story 2 that is tasked with repairing Woody's arm after Al of Al's Toy Barn stole and subsequently severed. Except this process is a bit longer, but skillful she is nonetheless.

I always receive world class exceptional care from everyone, while I am there every week for physical therapy.Everyone is so kind and very helpful. Every time I come here, the registration ladies are the rudest people ever. Then when you walk down into the lobby, you can hear them laugh about it all. Very professional indeed. Very unfortunate the Summa location had to close. Will not be returning to this location
